O/T but feeling upset
Just got soem uni module results back for the Janurary exams and I didnt do well in two of them, only got a third, and found out that the essays we did this semster, which I spent ages on and got firsts for, count for nothing towards our final grade at all!
Was having a happy day until now :(
Sorry, I know its off-topic but Im feeling really down about it now, I thought Id done quite well and I did lots of work and everything.
Off for a late lunch with a girlfriend now, but dont want to complain too much coz its her birthdsy!

Ohhhh big hugs hun...:hug: I really feel for you - it's awful to spend so much time and effort on something uni-related, and for it not to go as you hoped. Exams are so disheartening aren't they! I will probably be posting something similar next week when I get my results! (very scared).
Go and have a lovely time with your friend and forget about it until tomorrow :) Then maybe go and see your tutor to try and get some feedback on what went wrong, and see if he/she has any practical advice for you. Hope you feel better soon :hug:

Just wondered if anybody has seen the b n w puffball skirt in mark's. I'm thinking of buying it, just not sure what kind of shoes to wear with it, i have some black peep toe high heels and also a pair of knee high boots but don't think they would suit.

I'd say yes to the peeptoes, and it would look funkier if they were brightly coloured ones...say red or green!

Hmm...the pattern might look a little much with the pattern of the skirt. I think block colour would be better.
Black ones would be fine if that's all you have, I was just thinking if you were planning any more purchases then coloured ones would be good!

I really need some flesh coloured knickers for a pair of white trousers I have that are really see-through :eek: I bought some from primark last year and they had a frilly edge (the only ones I could find) and I had a terrible VPL :o I've seen some on the ms site and they look flesh coloured but the colour is called "light camel" :confused: is that even flesh coloured? Any suggestions please? I don't want to be spending huge amounts of money, up to about £5 :)

I have some from primak. They are shorts style and the back is very fine so you don't get VPL at all.
