Has anyone seen any nice ones on their travels?
Im really fancying a cape-style one but Ive only seen them in wool

Do you have a fave outfit, that you always feel good in?
At the moment mine would prob be
DAY:
denim shorts/crops, black tights, black polo neck jumper, silver ballet flats and silver necklace
or
My mooches, slightly puffed short sleeve white blouse with a long line 3/4 sleeve yellow T shirt underneath, yellow bracelet and black pumps.
EVE:
my victorian shirt, brown cropped trus, brown patterned fishnet tights and brown vintage round toes, simple accessories

Mine changes approximately once a week! Atm it's something like this:
-- Day (work)
Black wide-legged trousers with a small turn-up, leopard print kitten heels, gorgeous white shirt, teal bangle
-- Day (casual)
Miss Selfridge red flower print jersey tea dress, navy blue velvet jacket/tan suede jacket and tan suede buckle boots/suede navy boots
-- Evening (casualish!)
Calf-length black chiffon skirt with a fine gold pinstripe, gold ballerina shoes with long ankle ties, black 3/4 sleeved roll neck batwing jumper, dull gold beads, black furry jacket
-- Evening (smartish!)
Dark foresty green slouchy-fitting velvet knee length dress with ruching up the back, gold skinny tie belt with a big gold flower, nude fishnets, very pale gold dancing shoes, a few gold bangles.

i've just bought some vintage boots, but they're a bit stinky :o - a musty old cigarette sort of smell, does anyone have any ideas how best to cleanse them?

I think your best bet is a bottle of febreeze.

Mooches - sizing dilemma

I tried on Mooch jeans in Topshop today but couldn't decide on a size. One size was fine on the waist, but quite tight on the thighs - made them look huge. The next size up was fine on the thighs, but a little big on the waist and I've heard that Mooches stretch after a while - they'd be falling down if that happened. So do Mooches really stretch that much and if so, do they stretch in the thighs or just in the waist?

My non-stretch Mooches stretched so much they don't stay on any more, I wouldn't risk wearing them outside. The next size down felt very snug though, esp arounf the thighs, you are right.

I'd get the tighter ones. Mine stretched so much i could pull them down without undoing them. Tumble drying them helps tighten them up though afterwards.
Mooches are the only topshop jeans where i can actually buy my 'real' size. Usually my normal size is too small for me in their jeans.

Thanks. :) I'm scared if I buy the jeans, they won't stretch on the thighs and I'll walk about with my legs looking like overstuffed sausages! I think also they are bringing out new versions of the Mooch jeans - they're basically the same but the denim is a slightly different colour, the pockets are smaller and the stitching is green. I wonder if this will affect the way they stretch.
Perhaps I'll just leave them for now. I've seen some "tailored slouch" jeans on the Oasis website that I like the look of but haven't seen them in store yet. I usually find Oasis trousers are a better fit on me than Topshop ones.

I have 3 pairs of mooches, 2 of the old ones, 1 new pair. Love them. I'd go for the size smaller, if you do decide to get them. They newer ones are a slightly different fit, a bit more fitted around the bum i think. They're all great, I live in mine.
