FAO those with the dorothy perkins 'voluminous wrap top'
Is it me or is it meant to be cropped:confused:
It's so so short on me, i kinda thought it was a 'normal' length top.
Think i would look good with a longer vest underneath though :)
How do you wear yours?
Answer:
Mine is normal length, it comes to just below the waistband on my jeans.
I am 5'7" and sometimes buy from the tall range, so I would have thought if it was short on anyone it would have been on me
Answer:
I have them in black and mocha.
I havent worn mine yet, thought it was my long-ass body that was the problem but if they're like that on you too. They come just below my belly butotn but not as long as I'd like.
Hmm a longer length tee might look ok ..I dunno.
Answer:
Mine sits above the hips but i do think i have a long body....maybe abnormally long:lol:
If i didn't have a vest underneath you would be able to see belly and that's not good:cmdunno:
Answer:
Oh I see. Hmm I need some longer vests. Primark only had ones with lace trims and they just all looked 'wrong'. Where do you get yours from CIC?
What to wear with these boots?
NO.2. ask :
What to wear with these boots?
Not sure if anyone remembers me posting these boots, but I've not managed to find anything to wear them with yet :uzzle:
Please help!
Answer:
Rather 'usual' suggestions but i'd say opaque tights and mini skirt or short shorts.
Skinnies too obviously, you've got the perfect figure for that look :)
Answer:
They're the £9 Peacocks ones aren't they Bibbity? They're gorgeous :D
No ideas on what to wear with them though, sorry! The obvious one is jeans tucked in, but I assume you've already thought of that. Just wanted to say 'lovely boots'!
Answer:
Heh cheers GJ, they're the ones!
I've tried tucking my jeans in, but it just looks silly!!
And if I'm wearing a mini skirt I prefer to wear at least calf length boots...too much leg otherwise :nono:
Sorry, being a pain!
When I bought them I was wearing my aubergine belted shirt dress with black opaques and they looked good with that. Not very practical for work though...can't chase after small children when my knees won't move more than 6" apart at a time :p
Answer:
I definitely see a sixties style mini dress, possibly empire line (that retro print TS one?), with black or bright opaques and BIG jewellry :great:
Or skinny jeans (maybe cropped? Possibly the Warehouse stripey ones...) A long line silver/grey vest top and a slinky shrug.

They ship 7FAMKS to the UK right?
I'm just having a look and it says "This product is not available for international export" next to all the 7FAMKS I've looked at :uzzle:
Answer:
no-one??
Answer:
Certain styles dont ship to the UK. Ring them and ask, they have great customer service
Answer:
If they won't ship them to UK you can always have them shipped to shopthestates first.
Answer:
Yeah, give thema call or email them. They are good at getting back to you in my experience.
:)
CC sizing
NO.4. ask :
CC sizing
Am I right in thinking their stuff is pretty generously sized? I'm a 10, occasionally a 12, do I got for S or M?
Answer:
s or xs, i usually get a s in most things, xs in things without sleeves. although i needed an xs in the puff sleeve tops they did last year because they came up really big.
Answer:
Really? Are they still long enough?
Answer:
i usually get the ones that are meant to be dresses so it's not really an issue. i wouldn't attempt actually wearing them as dresses though
Answer:
Speaking of which, I still have your TS dress!
Hey, Curls!
NO.5. ask :
Hey, Curls!
Do you know those jeans you raved about (Joe's, I think)? What were they exactly? :D Are you still loving them?
(I just posted this in Rellies by mistake :o )
Answer:

I've got four pairs of Joe's now. (I'm not a jeans addict honest :o )
The first pair were Joe's Honey - they are absolutely gorgeous - wore them loads although they are slightly too big for me now. They are great for girls with a slim waist and a rather more generous hip, bum and thighs.
I've also got trouser jeans in Garcia - waiting to be hemmed. Socialites are great - they're a wide leg flare. I've also got some non-stretch with butterflies on the pockets - can't remember the style name now they're a limited edition.
I think Joe's are quite generous - probably half to a full size bigger than Seven's etc. depending on the style.
I think I might order the cigarette pants next - although this is a bit of a risk as I haven't tried them on - Selfridges on Oxford Street has stopped stocking them  I was all set up for getting them the other weekend in my desperate hunt for skinnies.

Yup, that sounds right up my street! Do they come up big / stretch then? Any particular wash you'd recommend?
Not that I'm looking on revolve or anything :o
LP (another jeans addict)x
Answer:
They do come up big especially in the stretch ones, but they don't seem to stretch out that much once you wear them. You might get away with sizing one down from your 7s size. With stretch 7s I have to buy them so I can only just do them up (like can't breathe) because they stretch so much, but Joe's don't give that much.
My honeys are a Gigi wash - they're a really nice faded dark blue - they're the ones I was wearing when I posted pictures of my arse (oh the shame :o ). I think the darker washes look great in this style. Otis and Jagger are meant to be rather nice - haven't seen them in the flesh.

Me me me!!
Where are they stocked Curls? :)
