I had a breast enlargement, well a couple really as I had a condition called asymmetry and for me, it was the best thing I ever did.
I think she needs to be very very careful who she approaches in regards to consultants who carry out this procedure, as unfortunately, there are still far too many bodge jobs out there even by well established surgeons. Mine are not huge, I went to a C cup which is a small D sometimes depending on underwear sizing and I can honestly say that people I know cannot see or feel the difference and I think that has a lot to do with the surgeon I went to who takes into account your shoulder width and overall body shape rather than just flinging in two oversized implants that leave you out of proportion and with two hard balls.
Depending where she lives, if you want to get some recommendations from me for consultants, I'd be more than happy to help. My dad is a consultant surgeon so I'm more than confident in passing on details of good colleagues but please tell her to stay away from clinics and ads in the backs of magazines. Good plastic surgeons do not advertise!!

A friend of hers has had the same op and her friend really went into to detail of looking for the best place to go etc. So she has all that info. She has had two kiddies and her bust has lost the shape they once had. She is a small c cup at the monent, but is really looking to get the shape and size back, not the shock factor of everyone knowing. Just a nice bust.

Well, I bought one from Dorothy Perkins the other day and it said size 'Small' but it was too big for me so I have to return it. Hopefully Topshop will have some proper small ones.
