Oh Dear- help again with Paypal.. O/T sorry.
I ahve had an e-mail from paypal saying a buyer has opened a dispute to say she hasn't received item.
I wasn't sure what to do with that, so I left it.
Then I got another one today, and I figured I had to log into Paypal to have a look (d'oh!)
So, in there there's an option of clicking to resolve dispute, and I've decided just to refund her- as it's so long ago that I have No proof anymore that I sent it..
So I click on refidn buyer- and it says I must have fund in my paypal account to do this- but why?
I always buy stuff from e-aby, and pay via paypal, even if my account is empty- te money just comes from my debit card- through paypal.
Why can't it do that now then?
I have tried several times- and it keeps saying "The amount you are refunding cannot exceed the amount you have in your paypal account.
The e-mail says if they haven't heard from me before the 9th the dispute will be found in the buyers favour (which is fine) but then I assume she will leave me neg. feedback.
I can't even communicate with her- as she's french and in the dispute she's written in french, and I replied to her in english, and she replied in french!
WHAT DO I DO?????
Answer:
you can only refund with money that's in your paypal account, otherwise you're going to have to do a send money thing. which is stupid  because it looks like i'm going to have to refund someone soon but that's a whole different story...
Answer:
So I basically have to
A) leave it, and let paypal do their thing on the 9th (how will they get money from me then to refund her?)
or
B) Add funds to my paypal account from my bank account- which can take up to 7 days (by which it's probably too late anyway).
I don't get what they want me to do???
Answer:
well you can send her money but then that means she'll have to accept credit/debit card payments. or you can just leave it i guess. maybe contact paypal about it?

But if I sent her the payment individually (not doing it through "resolve dispute")
How would paypal know I'd done that?
They might still try to take the money from me.
Argghhhh
nightmare ebay buyer
NO.2. ask :
nightmare ebay buyer
remember when i posted about the parcel that got returned a while ago?
well i got it back and on it they've written "no such street in district x" so rather confounded i e-mail the buyer and ask what on earth that's about. he explains that they live on the border of two districts and sometimes it's in one and sometimes in the other and they also have two post codes
so now he wants me to send it again. first he wanted me to use the other details but when i said there was no way in hell (politely) i was paying for postage, especially now that he wants me to use a different address he says "fine use the same address you used last time" but of course he still doesn't want to pay for the postage
today i got an e-mail saying that i've had his money for so long that i've probably made up the money in interest anyway and i should just post it so there wouldn't be any more delay  first of all, the total was £47, paid on the 5th of jan so if anyone can point me in the direction of a bank account that would've given me £7ish interest on that in two months i'd be most appreciative. and if he thinks that i'm going to use interst i've made on other money i have he can go perform sexual intercourse upon his own person
i'm wondering if he's geniuinely not understanding why i'm not going to pay for postage again or of he's just so arrogant that he thinks he can make me. if i were to pay for it again i'd actually be making a loss on what i sold him which i'm not about to do...
umm yeah, what exactly do i do?
Answer:
If he won't pay the postage again (which I think he should) maybe you should just give him a refund, less postage and re-sell it?
I think you are in for negative feedback whatever you do by the sound of it but at least you can get your own back ;)
Answer:
He actually sounds quite stupid, literally.
To be honest, i would just refund him (less postage) becos it's not worth the hassle. I mean, what if he doesn't get the parcel the second time?
Even if you took the dispute up with eBay/Paypal, the solution always seems to be in the buyer's fabour - so not worth it.
Not the answer you wanted to hear, I'm sure!
Answer:
honestly i'd rather refund him minus postage because i know i can make a lot more off it anyway. i think the next time i hear from him i'm just going to send him one of those agreement not to complete the sale things, if i'm lucky he'll actually agree to it and if he does then he can't neg me but i don't think he knows that.

And if you do find out which bank, let me know! ;)
I would just refund minus postage.
Pump problem - really bugging me: help!

Pump problem - really bugging me: help!
I bought some gold ballet pumps from Office last summer. They fit perfectly, however, after day 1 of wearing them, I had a small blister on the (top bony part) of my heel - I put it down to being new shoes so didn't wear the pumps again until blister had healed.
Now, ever time I wear the ballet pumps, I can only manage a few hours - as without fial - that same part of my heel/tendon bit gets sooooo sore: it's like a bruise almost.
I have tried leather cream to soften the shoe I have also tried wearing thick-ish socks in the shoes to create a bit of give, but no joy.
Anyone got any other solutions/advice on how to combat this?
My left shoe/foot are ok, it's just the right one ... so perhaps I'll just wear one ballet pump when I fancy wearing them from now on hop around all day  :p
Answer:
hey CGI!
Not the best solution but could you wear a plaster or one of the blister preventer plasters when you wear them just til they're properly worn in?
xx

Thanks for that suggestion - shoudl have said, I have given this a go as well! :o
It's so odd, as I dont' have this with any other shoe/footwear - just this pair of pumps! It's literally like there is a bruise left over from where the original blister was - if that makes sense?
Primark 3/4 Military jacket - Can anyone help?

Primark 3/4 Military jacket - Can anyone help?
1 Attachment(s) Last week I tried on a lovely black belted military jacket in black from Primark.
The 8 was a little tight but they didn't have a 10.
If any lovely baggers happen to come across one on their travels I wonder if they would be able to pick one up for me. I will, of course, pay all postage costs via PayPal or cheque or whatever is best for you.
Incidentally, I work 2 minutes from the Hammersmith branch and would be more than happy to pick up any items for baggers in return.
The jacket is very much like this one from Next
Thank you very much in advance
Answer:
Oh that's really nice! How much was it?
I haven't seen any around, but I'll keep my eyes open for you :)
Answer:
I'm popping to the b'ham primark at the weekend so will keep my eyes peeled for you!:detect:

Answer:
Cool! Thanks guys, it was £15 I think, total bargain!
Answer:
Ooh, lovely. What material was it? I'm assuming quite lightweight?
I've not been to Primark in eons (ok, about 4 weeks  ) I feel a trip coming on; I'm on a budget at the moment due to moving, but everyone knows Primark is so bargainous it doesn't count ;)

Florence and Fred Chloe dress...
I hunted high and low for one of these when they came out in the summer - couldn't find one anywhere. They were going for silly money on ebay too. But I won this one on ebay last week for £25 and I love it. Need to get some tit tape before I wear it though, and it needs a good ironing - I was so excited I just ripped the paper off and popped it on! Oh and I'm still wearing my Uggs with it (but I sort of like it) What do you think?
Answer:
Nice! Very daring neckline - I'd never be brave enough!

Yes I don't know if I'm brave enough to wear it that way round! Mr Curls will like it though :D
Answer:
Im really sorry -but I don't like it. Its just not my style.
Answer:
Curls, I really like it with low bit at the front! You have a great 'chest' for it, not flat, not too big so it looks fab!
I don't like it with Uggs but I don't think many peeps could get away with that, get some of your Mui Mui's on girl, its lovely on you!
