    o/t any Bath baggers?
Are there any baggers out there from Bath? I know that a few of you are from Bristol, which I don't think is too far?
Just found out my parents are planning on moving there, and as I'll be staying with them whilst job hunting when I graduate, just wondering what its like really!

    Answer:
i'm going to a conference there next month, looking forward to it. My best friend went to uni there and loved it. good bars and shops:) what more can a girl ask for shoes and cocktails
    Answer:
Im also from Bristol!Baths a really nice place, quite sweet :) Best friend goes to uni there! The nightlife isnt that great but its a good place for a shopping trip!It doesnt have as many shops as Bristol and id rather shop in Bristol anyday- but its def nicer ;)
    Answer:
I was a student in Bath. It's quite quiet and sleepy in some ways really. It's much quieter without the students. There are a few okish clubs and bars but for bigger nights out and to go shopping I used to head over to Bristol.
Feel free to ask any questions,

Loony's thread reminded me that I've been meaning to ask about this...
I sold a belt at the end of last year. I sent it the day after I received payment, recorded delivery. A month later he (she?) e-mails me asking where it is. I track it, and they weren't in when they tried to deliver, but left a card. Buyer claims he never got card, but goes to depo where they say it's been returned to me as he's left it so long. It got back to me eventually, and he said that 'as it's taken so long' he wants a refund.
I think he's taking the p*ss - changed his mind so decided to leave it at the post office until they returned it to me. Afterall, if I'd paid Recorded Delivery I wouldn't wait a month to e-mail my seller?!
Anyway...I refused to refund as it's not my fault he didn't pick it up (my refund policy extends to faulty item or description). I said I was happy to help him make a claim with the PO, but that he'd have to pay postage to have it sent back. His reply was "how much more money do you want???". I sent a very polite reply, explaining that if he told me how he wanted it sending (recorded again, or 1st/2nd class for cheaper) then I'd weigh it and let him know how much it would be.
I haven't heard from him since, and I think that was in November!
Would I be okey to try and relist the belt? I don't want him filing a non-sender against me, or giving me neg.
I still have the proof of postage!
Sorry if this is a bit incoherent, I have a cracker of a headache and will go to bed in a minute, but I just wondered about this.
    Thanks, BB x
    Answer:
Isn't there an "agreement to not complete the sale" type feature? I would send another email, stating "if i dont get any response in 7 days I will relist" or something of this nature, then do this "agreement to not complete the sale" thing that I hope I haven't invented ;) At teh end of the day if he negs you, you'll neg him back, so he should be aware of this!
Can I just say, I know it wasn't the seller's fault, but I suffered the same negligence from the PO and my expensive straighteners sat in the depot COMPLETELY unbeknownst to me because they never left me a card. I was FUMING when I found out.
ETA: NOVEMBER?! That's bloody ridiculous! Surely he cant expect you to keep hanging on?
    Answer:
The transaction isn't even showing in my account anymore!
Does that mean he can't neg me now? I can't remember how long it is before feedback isn't allowed.
    Answer:
if it was in november he can't neg you anymore. check if you can leave feedback for him. what's with these stupid buyers these days?
you can only do the agreement not to complete the sale until 45 days after the auction though
    Answer:
    Cheers annanas.
So if I re-sell it, can he do anything bad to me?
I feel kind of bad re-selling without refunding him, but I think he was a bit unreasonable. And dim.

    Has anyone been this year?
I'm going tomorrow (last day, so hopefully some bargains) but I went a couple of years ago and was really disappointed. Only really going this year because my sister asked me to, and also that I do like fashion.
Just wondering if it's any different this year?
    Answer:
It was amazing last year! I thought the actual catwalk show was fabulous, hosted by Erin O'Connor, June Sarpong and Dave Berry, definitely a must see event! get some great bargains too! :p Nic xx
    Answer:
My friend went with a budget of £150 and ended up spending £250:eek:
She hasn't shown me everything she got but things she did get include
Fantasy tan 6 bottles for £15 (usually £15 a bottle:eek: i'm desperate for some of this!)
    Fiorelli bag - £20 instead of £45
    Rimmel make up discounted
She was telling me she got a corset cheap too but has yet to show me her other stuff.
    Answer:
I went yesterday with some friends, on Nerve press passes ;)
It was really good - fashion shows were amazing, and as always, I spent far too much money, but hey. That's the Clothes Show for you....
    V xx
    Answer:
We had Vernon Kay June Sarpong hosting the show when I went - Vernon was really funny. Highlight of the day though, as I didn't reckon much to the rest of it. Nice to look at but not a whole lot I could worth spending money on.
