Please, please can someone tell me how to contact her?
I have done a search and can only get 2006 posts which suggest doing a search to get her contact details but it won't work.
One lady suggested her ebay shop but nothing is coming up under the name suggested or a shop

Casual Floral Dress
NO.2. ask :
Casual Floral Dress
I have had a sudden yearning for a floral dress. I want something casual, ideally that would look ok over jeans with a little cardigan now and can be worn on its own in the summer. Not too revealing so I can still wear it to work. Nothing too dressy fairly inexpensive.
Has anyone seen anything like this? Am I asking for too much? The dress on the front of the Topshop website looks like the right sort of thing, but can't see it on the site to buy.
Answer:
Try Primark (I recently got a black jersey one with lots of brightly coloured flowers on) and Oasis, where there are some really pretty cotton flowered dresses in black and red in the sale.
New Look has something very similar in muted green with little pinky and white (I think!) flowers as well; very pretty.

Answer:
I can't find them on the site, but my local DP's had some lovely jersey type tea dresses!
G_k, have you got a pic of the Primark one? Sounds fab!

o/t hair dye
NO.3. ask :
o/t hair dye
I would like to officially whinge that Loreal hair dye makes your hair orange.
I bought the light natural brown dye (the one with the highights) and instead of being a dark caramelly colour, it's dark chestnut
RAH
Answer:
Doh!
I've given up on home hair dyes. I kept trying to darken my hair last summer but as soon as I got in the sun it turned from a dark ash-y blonde to a gingery yellow
Answer:
L'oreal hair dyes are demons, I dyed mine warm light brown and I kid you not it was black  Right before my best friends wedding which I was a bridesmaid for, I looked like a witch.
Answer:
I've had that before too. It was supposed to be chestnut brown but left me jet black :(

Yeah that happened to me with one of them!
No more loreal for me, even if the kit conditioner does smell supper yummy!
cleaning leather heres?
NO.4. ask :
cleaning leather heres?
i have a brightly coloured leather here which is looking a bit grubby. any hints on how i clean it? soapy water and a damp cloth? special products?
any tips much appreciated as i love this bag and want it back in pristine shape!
Answer:
You could use shoe cream (the one that comes with the sponge applicator). But you'll need to rub it in well to avoid leaving a coloured residue that could rub off onto your clothes.
If the bag just needs cleaning rather than the 'topping up' the colour and it's a difficult colour to match, then you could use 'clear' cream and then you won't need to worry so much about residue.
You can buy shoe cream from Clarks, Jones the Bootmakers or John Lewis. Otherwise, most shoe shops should stock a shoe cream of some kind.
:)
ETA: Because most leather (apart from patent) is porous, I wouldn't use soapy water to clean it as it could damage the leather.
Answer:
I just use a clear shoe cream on leather bags.
I also always spray them with protector (I just use Clark's own make) and this really helps them to repel muck!
Answer:
thanks ladies :)
Answer:
Saddle soap/cleaner. I got a spray tack cleaner from a pet/horsey shop and it does the trick fantastically, much better than shoe products I tried before.
Outfit suggestions for photoshoot
NO.5. ask :
Outfit suggestions for photoshoot
Hi baggers
I need some inspiration from you all and you great knowledge of what is in the shops at the moment.
I am a fashion photography student and am doing a photoshoot on Friday, the theme for the shoot is “Tied to fashion” and I am trying to focus on items that lace up or tie up.
I have one outfit sorted this: the dress is corseted with a lace up front (can't really see in the pic) and the jeans are skinnies they look big cos of the angle
With these shoes as long as TS has them in tomorrow :fingers:
But I am stuck for other outfit ideas that work with the first outfit and the tied theme, any suggestions?? It def needs some sort of tie up or lacing detail (or the possibility of tacking some ribbon on to look like lacing) and I’m quite keen on the animal theme other than that up to you!! (I don’t as k much do I!!)
I also have this skirt but not sure what top to put with it.
Oh and this is the kinda thing I was looking to do Image by Pamela Reed :
Thank you all! :flower:
Answer:
How about lace-up boots a la Stella McCartney?
Answer:
My mind's got as far as bondage and I'm stuck there I'm afraid :D
Answer:

Or maybe you could buy some ribbon and do something like this?

Hahahaha... my dirty mind went straight to this that I saw at an Ann Summer party recently :o .
They had actually managed to make an entire outfit out of it in the cataloge. It definitely meets the 'tied' criteria, but not so sure about fashion ;)
