Dark denim mini skirt
Hi all.
Hopefully you'll be able to help me...
I have been looking everywhere recently for a dark denim mini skirt, mainly to wear with little tops for nights out.
I don't want one which is too short (ie a belt!), but it must be shorter than knee length. It also must be dark, indigo denim.
I really thought it would be easy to find, but I can't find anything suitable anywhere.
I'm off shopping in Birmingham next week so I will have a hunt around then, but does anyone know where I might be able to find one?
Thank you very much!
Answer:
Try Topshop, I got a Mooch skirt in there, in lighter denim, but now I've seen them in darker denim too. I think theres quite a few denim skirts in there at the moment. Hope you find what you're after. :)
Answer:
Thanks Victoriana! I have looked in my local Topshop and had no luck, but maybe the big store in the Bullring will have more choice.
Thanks again.
Answer:
New Look might be a place to look too. My very favourite dark denim skirt is from there (for the princely sum of £5). Failing that, I think I saw some in Next not so long ago.

Gap is worth a try a well. I bought one from there last month after weeks of searching.
Have fun on you shopping trip, I love the Bullring! :)

Been shopping! Help me build it up into something wearable!
Hi Ladies.
I'm back for some advice! I went shopping at lunchtime and got quite excited by a pair of shiny patent red ballet pumps (Next, £16.99).
Red is may fave colour, so I saw red-mist in Debenhams and came out with:
Red dotty camisole from Oasis
Red spotty scarf from Oasis
Red fitted v-neck jumper from Red Herring
Oooh I love red!! Obviously won't be wearing them all at once, but I'm going shopping again tonight and could do with some more wardrobe staples to build them all up into various outfits.
I'm off to Dubai in 3 weeks, so I need clothes for HOT weather, but they also need to be a good mix of smart and casual, and modest too.
Outfits I'm thinking of:
Red dotty camisole (with red v-neck jumper over it to keep me warm) with my indigo 7FAMKS and the red pumps - what could I wear over this on Saturday night to keep we warm on the way to a restaurant?
A white belted mac maybe? Has anyobody seen any?
I'm also thinking some white and navy basis (e.g. linen trousers, shorts) would help me build it all up into a capsule wardrobe for holiday. Any suggestions?
Do you think I need to buy a new bright red here and jewellery as well? I have a feeling these might be hard to find and it might be too much red.
Let me know your thoughts ladies, I would really appreciate it
:)

Hey! I am on a massive red kick also, also going away next week somewhere warm, also bought a red polka dot scarf and red pumps and a red bag :D
I am tying it all in with white and navy, just ordered some white mooches from Topshop, also indigo flood length jeans, these look cute with the ballet flats, huge red bag, sunnies etc.
ASOS have a white mac but I don't think it's very good quality, not seen any anywhere else yet.
There are lots of red bags around at the mo, I just got this one from DP's as a temporary one until I find a leather one I love...
I think navy or white shorts would tie in well and linen trousers as you have said....
Answer:
Try Gap for a mac - they have some nice short pea coat length ones in..
Answer:
Also if you want a red mac/trench Dorothy perkins have a lovely long one and Topshop have a short one....
Answer:
I love red! Definitely agree with the indigo skinny jeans thing :)
I've just bought this leather bag £45 from Topshop, it's a bit brighter IRL and fits loads in - I love it :D

Have I imagined this, or were people on here talking about this before Christmas? I've done a search but nothing's come up on this forum...
Answer:
Search isn't working properly because of the cull.
There's a review on it on the beauty review board but again you'll have to search through the list as the search doesn't bring it up (i don't think)
Can't believe it's still not sorted.
Answer:
Thanks Cat. Have you used it?
Answer:
I bought it for my mum as she has very thin lips and it did plump them - didn't hurt for her either.
I tried it on my already big lips and it made a slight different but stung/hurt like hell:eek:
It's one of those things though where it seems to work for some and not others:cmdunno: Sorry, not much help...
Answer:
I bought this last year and it did work, i looked fairly pouty, not in a bad way!!:) It stung like crazy on me tho and if you get it too close to the edges of your lips they go a bit red round the outside!!
I got mine from boots but you can get it cheaper here http://www.discountcosmeticsuk.com/s...p?product=1902
