I've bought this jacket - quite pricey for what it is, though it's cut really well and I can imagine it looking kinda fine with my grey silk cami, indigo jeans and grey/pink/black/white skinny silk scarf.

I think you answered your own question. :lol: If you're anything like me then you'll feel bad and return it then each time you try on an outfit you'll imagine how great the jacket would have looked with it.
If you're strapped for cash then ease your concience (sp?) by trying to sell something you no longer wear or want!

I keep meaning to e-bay, but just don't seem to be able to get round to it! I do love the jacket, but wonder if my money might be better spent on something else, such as a few basic tops...? I did see a cream jacket in Primark for £12, which wasn't cut as well, but could be a good substitute for a fraction of the price...

one way to look at it is how often would you use it in the coming months..its going to be it'll be rainy and then summer soon. would you be need the jacket? if you think so then go for it.

I do love the bargains from Primark but have to say that if I'd seen a pricey jacket with a better cut for more money then I'd still splash out and treat myself. If it were just a top then fair enough but a jacket is a really versatile piece for me and I'd prefer to get the one I wanted rather than get a substitute.

I was in Topshop Oxford Cirucs very briefly last night and saw some fab heres on the right hand side of the ground floor, they're not TS own brand but are called 'comeliedownwithme' or 'lienexttome' or something, they're leather (red, black or teal) with a snap fasting and each has a differnt vintage silk scarf as part of the bag and then a dark brown leather strap, they come in 3 or 4 sizes from a clutch with a wrist strap to a large shouder one. I didn't have time to check them out properly but i thought i had remembered the name as they had a website.
Has anyone seen these?

Doubt it, most of their feedback has been kept private and it's a one day auction AND it's Ebay!
I think the only way you are going to get a real one on Ebay is if it's an individual selling their own one and when they are not selling them as a profession.
