Mango?
NO.3. ask :
Mango?
Hiya,
Does anyone know if Mango clothes are sold in any other catalogues or anything? I'm after a dress that was in last year's collection, so was hoping that perhaps I might find it in a sale somewhere...
Is a bit of a long shot I think. :(
Answer:
I'd keep trying eBay if I were you. You never know...
Answer:
Yep. Think that's my only hope. Its the white with a black pattern that was on the 'overdress for work' Mars ad a while back if anyone sees it...?
Pearls, how to wear them?
NO.4. ask :
Pearls, how to wear them?
I have just purchased a string of 50's vintage pearls, so how do I wear them without looking like I'm in my 50's :p
The pearls are short up to my collar bone, so how would you wear them?
Answer:
They sound lovely! I think, as the cruise-look is going to big for spring, wear them with a white shirt, open necked and dark denims with cute bright pumps?
Answer:
I can't wait for them to arrive, it was watching SATC that made me do it
Answer:
I wear them with everything!
A classic 18" strand looks really cute with 50s style clothing, prom dresses, crew neck cardis.
Answer:
Ive got a set that I got for my birthday when I was 7 :o I was telling my mum that I wanted a short string and she had kept them, along with a set that my dad bought her when I was born! She has given me them both and I wear them all the time for work (have got a long string from claires accessories for going out!)
I was a bit worried about looking like an old lady as well, I usually wear mine with a black shirt instead of a white one
I know it's been said recently...

...but I am SOOO fed up with this weather! I'm standing here, looking in my wardrobe, and I haven't got a clue what to wear. I just want warmer, sunnier weather to come - all I wanna do is wear vest tops, flip flops/wedges/pumps, cropped denims - just summery stuff that's easy to put on and accessorise with, with minimal effort!!
I bought a longline striped t from New Look yesterday and can't find anything in my wardrobe that it will go with, so that's going back. I've bought a cream jacket from Principles recently that I can't decide whether to keep or not - £45 so quite pricey for what it is - well cut and looks lovely, but will I wear the bloomin' thing?
I'm fed up with getting dressed at the moment!
There, rant over! :)
Answer:
Me too netti, me too :head:
I've given up on looking nice at the mo as i just grab whatever is baggiest and warm/high necked/long sleeved.
I can't wait for a warm day when i can wear short sleeves :D It'll open up so many more options and might even put me in a better mood:lol:
Answer:
Ah yeah, I remember reading and replying to your post. I always think it's difficult to stay warm and look stylish at the same time.
BTW, I've just ripped the tags off my new New Look top I mentioned in my post!! Have slung it on with a pair of jeans, choc heeled boots, a wide bronze belt and a pair of light wooden beads, and it will be topped off with a brown shrug. It'll do. My problem is I haven't got a lot of casual stuff - stuff that I feel comfortable, but still slightly dressy in.
Saw a white hooded top in Gap yesterday, and a white scarf with multi coloured stripes on it - might go and get them today - at least then I'll feel comfortable but smart at the same time, when warmer weather finally comes. I can wear them with either my cropped mooches or Gap denim gauchos, whichever I decide to keep. Watch me change my mind again...!
Come on summer !
Answer:
I am wearing quite summery clothes today I don't care that it's cold, I am so bored of jumpers

Sooo true! It takes 5 minutes to get dressed in the summer - city shorts or skirt, vest top, flip-flops, beads and sunglasses! Sorted :)
I hate winter...I'm sick of having to wear 6 different layers, it's so much effort to try and get something that looks vaguely nice :( As CiC said, I just end up putting on whatever is baggiest and warmest! All topped off with a big winter coat. I feel like, "what's the point of making a nice outfit, if it gets covered up by the coat?!" Bah.
Can't wait till summer!!! :beach:
