Matalan Clearance Outlet?
Hmmmmm....
My local Matalan shut last week and is opening again on Saturday as a Matalan Clearance Outlet.
Does anybody have one of these near them and is it any good? Or is it, as I suspect, all the sh!te that the other Matalan stores couldn't sell :rolleyes:

I have never been in one.
I would assume the clearance store is the stuff they have not managed to sell in their other shops.... I can vaguely remember a Next Clearance outlet in liverpool and that was always "sale" stuff that had not sold in other branches "sales".......
Matalan stuff seems very cheap, and also extremely of the moment... not the sort of stuff you would be bothered buying in sales because chances are it is the sort of thing people wore 6 months ago?
But like I say, what would I know, ive not even been in one!!

I can't answer your question I'm afraid but I have been wondering the same, we went to our local Matalan and it happened to be the last day as they were closing to turn it into a Clearance Outlet. I wondered if it would be all the last season stock at cheaper prices, or maybe like the Next to Nothing shops where it's either old stock or stock which has slight defects?

Please help :( I sold a phone on ebay and registered it and sent it to the buyer. However instead of being delivered to Malta, it was sent to Madrid by accident (Post office error).
Post office are working on the assumption Madrid will forward said package to Malta :rolleyes: If this does not happen - do i have to refund the cost of the phone? Or as they buyer paid by Paypal, do Paypal refund the cost??

If the phone never shows paypal might decide to give a refund to the buyer which will come out of your account. They might decide on just 50% though. You should be able to claim from the postal office.

You will be able to claim from royal mail if they don't deliver it. As long as the package was insured of course which i think it should be if it's been sent abroard.
Just explain to the buyer about whats happened so there's no confusion :)

I have discovered a way of posting them without having to copy them into paint and hosting them yourself.
Add the items to you basket and then go to dorothy perkins site.
Click to view your basket. Then click on the item description.
A piccie of the item should appear, then right click and go to properties as usual for the picture url

I always use the old fashioned print screen, crop, put onto paint, save, host in phtobucket, copy and paste image URL :lol:
