Heathrow Terminal 3 duty free - NARS?

NO.1. Ask :
Heathrow Terminal 3 duty free - NARS?
I may soon be having an excuse to visit my Mother Ship, aka Heathrow Terminal 3 duty free... I have rediscovered NARS after falling out of love with them a few years ago (their eyeshadows used to be so gritty) but I really love some of their eyeshadow shades. Since I wouldn't have looked at NARS last time I was there, can anyone please tell me if there's a NARS counter at T3 duty free?
I'm particularly after the shimmer shadow in Santorini here, I'd a decent, intense purple shadow that doesn't turn bruise-coloured on me and think this might be the one:
Thanks! :flower:
Answer:
i'm pretty sure there isn't a nars there.. i don't remember ever seeing nars in the duty free anywhere  :cmdunno:
Answer:
Ah well, more Shu Uemura for me then! I really fancy a Shu orange blush (to go with the eyeshadow, actually, after I saw an episode of America's Next Top Model where they made up an Indian contestant in purple shadow and orange blush and it looked amazing. Well, she WAS amazing-looking, but I hope it would also work on mere mortals with dark skin...)
Thanks annanas! :great:
Answer:
Naz, you have a fabulous face so that would work really nicely on you as I remember that episode!
Answer:
aww Weens thanks :o I have worn so much black this autumn/winter, and so much boring make-up, I think I'm overcompensating a bit colour-wise this spring/summer :D

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had seen anything suitable to be a worn as part of marilyn monroe fancy dress costume. The closest thing I've seen so far is this:
But it's quite expensive (for what I want it for) so I was wondering if anyone had seen anything similar.
    Thanks x :)

You can buy fancy dress Marilyn Monroe dresses pretty cheaply on
    :)
    Answer:

is this UO cardi in store?/yellow cardigan
I've made the mistake of looking on the US Urban Outfitters website. I've spied this, which I really like, and I'm wondering whether it's in UK stores. It would be a total faff getting hold of one, because I'm nowhere near a store, but at least there would be some hope of getting hold of one!
Failing that, has anyone seen something similar? I seem to be on an eternal search for the perfect yellow summer cardigan without much success ...
I'm currently umming and ahing over some on the Debenhams website, but again there's no easily accessible branch for me.
    Answer:
Can't help on the UO one, but there are a few on the Monsoon site, including which is a similar style and colour but cropped rather than longer line :cmdunno:
    Answer:
Thanks for that. I had a quick look on the Monsoon site earlier but missed that. I'll look out for it in store. I'm getting a little tired of a constant stream of parcels and returns, so I'm trying to restrict myself to actual real-life shopping.
    Answer:
I know *exactly* what you mean :o
Also found one on the Wallis site, which looks a bit lurid online, and from Oasis and there seem to be quite a few on the site :)

    Putting it off until...
As over the past couple of months I have gradually put on about half a stone, I have put off buying clothes until I lose it again. As a result I haven't bought anything except the TS butterfly tunic in two months:cmeek:!!It's a great spending diet well not actually:o that great as I have only gone and spent it elsewhere on stuff for the house but I am getting sick of it now and I just want to go and buy myself some clothes that fit.
Is anyone else putting off buying clothes until you lose weight or do you not let it put you off?
    Answer:
I've got the same problem, but for reverse reasons. :cmdunno: I've lost over 2 1/2 stone since last July/August, and I'm loathe to buy new clothes since everything I have bought over the last few months has become too big for me. I've bought 4 pairs of jeans since last September, going down a size each time. It's getting a bit expensive... My ideal/goal weight isn't far off now, though, so I may have a splurge once I hit it.
So I'm in a similar position: my clothes are all hanging off me a bit, and I don't really have a summer wardrobe at all since all my clothes from last year (including two *gorgeous* Jigsaw dresses :boohoo: ) don't fit. I should've thought a bit harder before I decided to diet...  :cmdunno:
    Answer:
My weight goes up and down like nothing else, depending on what time of year it is - like the past few months have been uni exam time so stress is making it drop off, but over the summer I'll be calm and it'll go back up a bit again.

That makes me loathe to EVER buy clothes.

The worst thing I ever do is buy clothes to "slim into". Nine times out of ten I never make it, and plan to sell them on eBay but ever get around to doing it.
