Anyone seen this TS top IRL?
I really like the top below but it says it has a "tulle mesh panel at the back".
I HAVE to wear a bra and just wondered wear this mesh panel is? Is it totally see through or partially?
Basically could i get away with wearing a nude bra under it or not? Have a feeling it's the latter:(
    Thanks ladies x
    Answer:
hmmm, they had loads of them in The OC yesterday if I remember correectly but I didn't have a good look I'm afraid . . .
    Answer:
That's the one I just bought :p ! I will wear it braless as the shape actually gives me enough support, but you could get away with a strapless or racer back nude bra I think. The mesh bit is see through, but should conceal a nude strap. BTW the top is much prettier irl.

    Answer:
how long is that middle section - is the top quite short?
    Answer:
    Thanks ladies :)
I may order it then to see if i could get away with my bra underneath, i can't let the puppies free:cmdunno:

    NO.3. ask :
    Warm and stylish?
I've decided my wardrobe needs an update, but I've been really struggling to find anything to buy. I now live in the west of Scotland so need warm clothes, but there seems to be so little that is stylish too, and certainly not in petite.
A few other things to think about
    I'm only 5'2" (I need to buy petitie trousers/skirts) and a size 10.
I have hourglass shape, with small waist and huge boobs (30F cup!)
    I prefer casual/smart casual
I'm allergic to wool so can't wear anything with it in.
I'm looking in High Street stores, my budget doesn't stretch to designer stuff
    Thanks
    Bop
    Answer:
Maybe layering is your best option - long sleeve cotton tops, long length vests showing underneath, thermals underneath everything!!, and then fitted/ cropped jackets, all can be dressed up or down depending what your doing?
All the high street shops have these items in at the mo.
Can then add scarfs, beads, belts etc to personalise your look.
    xx
    Answer:
I would go for thermals under clothes and v necks to highlight your bust but not suffocate it. Layering is a great idea, I like to put contrasting colours together so wear a turquoise sweater with a fuchsia, chocolate brown or plain white vest underneath so you can just see the bottom of it.
You could emphasise you hourglass shape with a wide belt over long length vests (almost all high street shops have these right now) or sweaters.

    NO.5. ask :
whose style do you admire in films?
 Hi, im not a regular fashion poster (even though i should be), but I was wondering if you fashion girls could help me out on something.
Are there any films (except breakfast at tiffany's ;) ), where you really admire the style of the lead character?
Im thinking so far Alfie, Walk the Line, Casino etc.
Even if you would never wear the style yourself, do you find you watch a film just to look at the fashions?
    Ta ladies!
    Answer:
I love Uma Thurman in Pulp Ficton and Patrica Arquette in True Romance (not that I would ever wear what she wears)
    Answer:
I was going to say Walk the Line as there are some lovely outfits in that and also Diane Keaton in Annie Hall - I've always wanted some black and white brogues!
Quite like the clothes Madonna wears in Evita too.
    Answer:
I thought Sharon Stone looked amazing in Casino. Rene Russo looked like sex on legs in The Thomas Crowne Affair as did Patricia Arquette in True Romance, although in a totally different way.
I can remember falling in love with Madonna's look in Desparately Seeking Susan! :o :D
    Answer:
another vote for Diane Keaton in Annie Hall, as well as Audrey Tautou in Amelie. i'm sure there's more, i might edit when my brain de-fogs. i was also inspired on an aesthetic level by things like Sin City, The Three Colours Trilogy and most of Zhang Ziyi's films (Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, House of Flying Daggers etc). good thread!
