They have some nice boobtube styles ones on the Dorothy Perkins website too.
Answer:
I ordered that green one weeks ago but took it back. It looked hideous on me. It is meant for very thin girls and not for my curves I guess. I'm not that big, but it probably looks best on waif like figures as the fabric is thin and a bit clingy.

NAP delivery question?
NO.4. ask :
NAP delivery question?
hello,
I've been obsesing about a blouse on NAP since just after xmas but have misesed the last couple of freeshipping codes. I want to take advantage of the one that runs out tomorrow but I was wondering how long the free shipping took on average? I know that in London the do a same day service, which I think I'd qualify for even though I work in zone 2/3.
I'm also a bit worried about it coming in a big fancy box and needing to be signed for as the post room people in my office are miserable buggers.
I thought about ordering it to my home address but will they take it away again if there is no one home?
What are other London baggers experiences of NAP delivery? (esp using free codes)
I just want the blouse! :boohoo:
Thanks,
Pip

Answer:
They don't do same-day delivery to my flat which is in Zone 2, but will do it to my office within Zone 1.
None of my purchases have come in a big fancy box when it's same-day delivery, it comes in a MASSIVE NAP black carrier bag.... which means everyone knows that I've just bought something expensive and endless teasing in the office.
I now get stuff delivered to MrPCit's office - so he can get the ribbing!
Answer:
Thanks PC, I was hoping you'd be around!
I think I'll get it sent to work and hopefully it'll come while I'm in a meeting!
I was thinking about getting it sent to Mr PiP's office, but he's quite new in his job still and I don't think he wants everyone staring when a huge parcel arrives for him!
Can you get NAP sent to other people? i.e if I got it sent to a bloke in my office (who gets on well with the post-meanie)?
Answer:
You can get it sent to anyone you like, they were more than happy to deliver to MrPCit, who is not (YET!) related to me and who's office address has nought to do with me. I did it in his first week of work there, he was actually v pleased cos it apparently it bigged up his image there
eta on same-day delivery, they ring to tell you the 2-hour window in which it will be delivered eg between 12-2pm
Answer:
thanks hun, bloody thing is sold out in my size now  :boohoo: I don't know whether to size up or not, is a French size 40 bigger or smaller than a standard UK 12?
What am I meant to do?

What am I meant to do?
I'm going to a Wedding in July. I am invited to the whole day, so the church in the day, then onto a VERY posh venue  for the meal, and then will still be there when the 'evening' guests arrive. I'm staying over at the venue too :D (It's £200 a night, thats how posh it is! )
I've noticed on the boards when people are talking about Weddings they have mentioned getting changed from their day outfit into a night outfit? Is this standard? I havent been to a wedding since I was little so have no idea. :cmdunno:
I was planning on buying a dress, with a wrap to wear for the day doo and just stay in it until I go to bed  Would that be OK?
Answer:
Most people that have been to the wedding in the day, don't normally get changed as the bride and groom stay normally stay in the same outfits as they are too busy to change, and other people are too drunk. I think one outfit is fine, as long as you are comfy in it, and it's warm enough in the evening.
Answer:
I never get changed completely something like a prom dress will take you through all day especially if you nip up for night time and change your shoes or belt or hair.
I went to a wedding wore a black prom dress, pale pink shoes and belt and hair up in a chignon then before the evening reception I went up changed into silver shoes and belt and tonged my hair..voila different! :D
Answer:
I've never known any guests to get changed between day and night, apart from slight changes such as putting on a jacket or tying up thier hair so they can dance. you'll be fine with just the one outfit IMO.
Answer:
The last wedding Ive been to where I had to stay over (in a castle as well where guests would stay over if they wanted to book the room), I did bring two dresses but ended up wearing the same one for the entire wedding (covering my shoulders during church with organza shawl and wearing hat when outside) but wearing the dress for the remaining of the night...
I would bring a change just in case you notice people changing outfit - better to be prepared! ;)
