i bought these jeans a while ago but ive lost some weight since i got them (and since this pic was taken) and now theyre too big for me and look ridiculous. (cant spell ridiculous :lol: )

Just been on the US Net-a-Porter site and they've started their sale. Seems to be lots of stuff half price, including aforementioned vanilla Emmy. I think there was a free shipping code kicking around - not sure if it works US to UK but might be worth a try.

I was just looking through my wardrobe and came across this Antik Batik top I have. It's really different and I've wanted to wear it for ages butI haven't got a clue what to team it with. I bought it about a year ago off Ebay.
I bought a really funky purple MAC eyeshadow which I have on now and it goes with the top really well but I'm stuck at what else to wear :confused:
Any suggestions and also what kind of jewellery would you team with it? (if any) I can't see myself wearing the usual gold bangles and earrings combo with it.

Well, you already have the purple eyeshadow, now only some purple shoes and you ready to go! :lol:
No, seriously, it is a beautifull top but quite unique, so I would say just keep everthing else simple so the top gets all attention? Maybe dark skinnies and a plain dark vest under the top. Or go for a lighter combo: white skinnies with a silvery/ light grey vest?
Silver/ amethyst jewelry would be nice, or darker gunmetal (also for shoes..)

I woudln't need a necklace cos the bow's the main focusin the middle and the sparkly/beaded bits on the shoulder are quite obvious too.

Yeah, straight legged will do fine, especially with high heels. (I do not do skinnies either, thanks to my maahoosive calves).
I agree with not having a necklace, but a fine high choker (victoriana-style IYSWIM) might be a nice accent.
