Isn't this the most embarrassing thing EVER?
NO.3. ask :
Isn't this the most embarrassing thing EVER?
Someone wrote this as their most embarrassing moment ever in a magazine and I have never forgotten it. All my embarrassing moments dwindle to nothing in comparison....
This girl had her eye on this guy for ages and one night at a pub they met, hit it off and went back to his place. She was so in love and starry eyed after he left for work in the morning that she forgot to read the note he had left for her on the table.
She needed a pooh, did a huge one and the toilet wouldn't flush. Nothing. So she dashed into the kitchen to see the note 'toilet doesn't work - you have to go to the cafe across the street. Remember if you go out you can't get back in again as the door will lock behind you. Would love to see you again. Leave your number so I can call you'
So she has a brainwave. Fishes the poo out of the toilet and puts it into a shopping bag. Spends ages composing a note to him, saying she wanted to see him again and leaving her number. Closes the door behind her and realised......
.....she had left her parcel on the table, next to the note.
She never heard from him again.

Cover-up for this dress
NO.4. ask :
Cover-up for this dress
1 Attachment(s) I'm wearing this dress to a wedding, and as it's a church wedding I was thinking I should have some sort of thing over my shoulders for the church bit, maybe a shawl type thing? I'm not really sure what sort of thing though, does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!
Answer:
you could go for a shawl. I don't know if you have any, but you could try some asain shops, they usually do plain/ patterend type pashminas for a lot cheaper than you'd find them in town. Otherwise you could go for a plain cardigan, Asda do some nice ones for only 10.
Answer:
I'd go for a pashmina. You can get nice ones from Accesoise, Debenhams etc
Answer:
I'd go for a black short sleeved shrug in cotton or fine wool, shawls and pashinas are all well and good in theory but they're slippery little suckers in real life and you spend all your time hanging onto them, trying to stop them escaping (or at least I do).
Answer:
There are some nice ones from

Key trends this season
NO.5. ask :
Key trends this season
I'm just curious really. The trends this summer don't seem to be hugely distinct. So far I've got...
- white
- cutwork or embroidery details
- rayban sunglasses
- maxi dresses
- metallics
Anyone got any ideas?
Answer:
This was what had to say on s/s trends.
Interestingly enough, I was flicking through a two year old copy of Glamour the other day, and there was a photoshoot in it with stuff that was bang-on this season.
There doesn't really seem to be a strong set of trends this year on the high street, certainly. As far as I'm concerned, they've just mostly taken winter's shapes (smocks!) and put them in summer fabrics.
