Oh my god, i so need a rant!
I am going absolutely stir crazy in my house. I have been doing an essay for 2 days now, I need to get it done to get on with this other pieve of work I have to do. It is the most boring, rubbish essay I have ever written.:cmdunno: It is on social constructionism, the most boring topic in the world. I have been in the house all weekend, with the most exciting visit a trip to tescos. My housemate is in the same boat, it is two of us stuck in the house doing work except she is doing textiles.
Ohh my god I am so sick of doing work......... is it ever going to end!:mad:
Is anyone else the same out there? Any suggestions to get my motivation up?:writing:

Heh heh..you have summed up my feelings exactly, and I feel your pain hun! I am stuck inside trying to write an essay on 'Anglo-American jurisprudence', which might be *nearly* as boring as 'social constructivism' :lol: It's got to be 5,000 words, and my word-counter has just informed me that it is 213 words long so far, so clearly it is not going very well :o I keep getting distracted...so far I have eaten an easter egg, a cup-a-soup, a bowl of shreddies and an M+S bangers+mash ready meal, organised all my internet 'favourites' file, read Reveal magazine and generally tried to put off doing it :lol:
So as you can see I have absolutely no ideas on how to motivate yourself...but I do sympathise, and I'm glad it's not just me!

take a break, watch TV for 20 mins or chat with a friend and then go back to it!

Aw hope you're okay from your fall! Yeah, the word counter is evil, I try not to look at it very often cos it's so annoying when you think you've written loads and it's actually hardly anything!

I was in town yesterday, and what with that Ethel Austin becoming the new Primark thread the other day, i thought id have a look in. Wasnt as bad as i expected, and they even had a Stam copy for a fiver :O
