What to wear to...

I'm looking for some inspiration. I am off to Fabric this weekend and am a total loss as to what to wear. I have never been before so not sure what the dress code is like. Also am feeling totally unisnspired by any of the clothes in my wardrobe. I am going shopping on friday and so am open to all suggestions. My only stipulation is that I must be able to wear flat pumps as my feet begin to hurt :lol:

I would suggest shorts of some description, (you will find lots of people wearing not very much!! as it gets so hot!!) not sure about on top but something minus sleeves.

Have you found one???? Mine's a US 8 and is very generous but it's meant to be slightly loose.
I'd maybe stick to your usual size, would that be a US 4? Or you could maybe get away with a smaller one but I'd stick to the same size you would normally go for for the shape etc...

It's (or a very similar one, anyway) on sale on both UK and US NAP. UK - £232, US - $251 :faint: I'm normally a 10 so US6 but I have no idea what J-H sizing is like :cmdunno:

Bargain but how much are the taxes and shipping? I'd go for it if it's not too much to send back as it could be fine size wise but they are quite generous but you can get away with it being bigger due to the shape of the dress!

Ah, yes, I see the difference now. I'm interested in a couple of things and even with the taxes, customs and outrageous shipping they work out cheaper.

Its making me feel really can't be arsed :rolleyes: everything seems so much harder in the rain I'm annoying myself now though..I mean what would I do if it rained for the rest of the year never go out? i just have no motivation at all....I really need a hair cut and just can't be bothered going because the salon isn't very near to home and so it'll take a bit of effort to get there...:rolleyes:
I need to go shopping for my Mum's birthday present a job I'd usually love and I just can't be arsed and even more so I can't be arsed to think about what to get...I have one thing thought of but nothing to go with it..normally I'd be scouring the shops but I just cannot be bothered lately. :sleep: I'd rather lie on the couch at home.

Can't be bothered either. Saw some jeans on TS website that I liked, and rather than going out to try them on (I have a very hard time finding jeans that fit well), I just ordered them online because I just couldn't be bothered. All because you get free delivery with NUS :o
I have to go to work in half an hour and I've still not got ready... am sitting on here with wet hair because I just don't feel motivated to do anything at all. Gah.

Am very pleased to be having a weekend at home, yay! I am not actually feeling 100% due to burning the candle at both ends of late, so am in tonight. Tomorrow I am going to a myspace unsigned bands night, but it's local and am going to go home first thus avoiding the after work drinking danger zone. Will wear white loose t-shirt minidress with black and white glass beading on, opaques (where is the summer??!!) and black ankle boots with big black vintage DKNY belt round my waist.
Friday I was meant to be meeting a friend from sweden for dinner at the tate modern, but I am going to cancel due to being a bit run down, and instead have a long over due friday veg with big brother, thai curry and 12 hours sleep. Bliss!
Sat am I have to pick up my dry cleaning as it's been there for about 4 weeks, then I am going to Live Earth. My mate is organising, so I will be taking full advantage of the free food and champagne and backstage passes, though offsetting my carbon footprint by getting the bus to wembley :o It's a mixed bag of performers, but I am really looking forward to seeing madonna, beastie boys and red hot chlli peppers a LOT as have never seen any live and have loved them all for years. Not actually too sure what to wear. Maybe black alice mccall playsuit and boots with my battered trilby and raybans - though waterproofs and a cagoule will probably be more appropriate!
Sunday am meeting friends for lunch - red wine and roast beef so uggs and comfy clothes all the way.

Went shopping after work to get last couple of bits for my hols, only got suncream left to get now - havent got it so far as am unsure what factor to get :cmdunno: just wore what I wore for work which was charcoal grey woollen trousers, pewter ballet pumps, longline white vest, black v neck jumper from zara with cadburys purple silk scarf knotted round my neck
Came home and have given myself a bit of a pamper, my skin has been very dry of late so have given myself a good exfoliate and am sitting here now with my face slathered in 8 hour cream - I look HOTT hot! :heyhey:

Fake tanning as usual and maybes a takeaway and a night in front of the telly with Peter and Jordan. will try and get most of my case packed too

Am going to a wine tasting in the evening with some people from work, should be a laugh, think will wear indigo bootleg jeans with longline back top, red leopard scarf and maybe my red shoes (they arent coming on holiday so I will have to take them out!!) Will try not to get too lashed, but hey ho, I always have the best of intentions!! :lol:

Think will wear casual outfit of dark blue jeans, timberlands (yes, im a closet chav!) with coral deep v jumper and white vest underneath with vivienne westwood orb necklace and big tan belt
Sat night am going to a DJ night that my friends OH is playing in, think might wear leopard tunic from zara with leggings and my red shoes. Definitely wont be a massive one!

Friday night is the office summer party, to which I am taking the boy to officially "out" him, as it were :lol: No idea what I'll be wearing but it's a casual dress code and on a ship, so likely something comfy with flat shoes! Was vaguely thinking of a sleeveless indigo blue tulip dress with leggings and mustard flats with a gold unicorn pendant and the usual smoky eyes done in midnight blue.
Saturday I'm going to see a friend who had a baby about a week ago. I'm so excited and can't wait to see the little one (and I am really not a baby person!). Will be wearing something sturdy and baby-proof; probably a skirt, flats and a tee shirt and cardie.
And Sunday depends on whether the boy gets a flight; if he does, it'll be the usual gym/mooch round charity shops/loll around/play computer games thing. If not, then I'll be doing something with him, possibly playing with his fat labrador or going for a nice long walk.

I'm off to a wedding on saturday, so it will be the full works for me. getting my hair cut/coloured tomorrow. Sat will wear my chiffon maxi african/zebra/print dress with my big wooden and bronze jewellery, a choice of 2 high heels - not sure which looks best with the dress yet. my gold scarf/pash and might go and buy a fascinator on thursday, but not sure if it'd be too much. I want to go with gold flecked lipgloss and brown/bronze smokey eyes. might have to try the dress on with the shoes and post for bagger opinions. but not tonight, it's far too late for photoshopping:cool:
Sunday will probably be spent slobbing in the morning and either out for a quick bike ride or a walk in the woods in the afternoon, so fashion will not be a priority that day.

Thursday night, as ever, is my tellybox night. So it'll be when I get home, then making a tasty baked fish dinner and settling down for the evening. I'll probably also paint my nails and put a face mask on.
Friday night, we are celebrating my colleague's qualification as a solicitor and I shall be debuting my fabulous new beige puffball dress with a huge silver back zipper from COS. It's sleeveless, with a fitted body and lovely puffy skirt in a crinkly slightly papery material. That with a grey cardigan, bauble necklace and fun heels I think - from work to play. There will definitely be much drunkenness...
No major plans for Saturday/Sunday - definitely gym and flat tidying a must! I always find myself ridiculously busy at the weekend even without plans. May try to see my relatives since I failed at that last weekend. Though I may have to trot down to Brighton to abuse the Weenster :heyhey:

i would have thought that approximatly half of people who wanted a tattoo didnt make up their mind as to what they wanted specifically straight away.
ETA: i have seen threads before asking for suggestions of what tattoo's to have, im sure. :cmdunno:
