It's been bugging me for a while but it finally got to post-a-thread-and-rant stage today. Liz Hurley's pose on the Monsoon site:
I just HATE it SO much! Either she's sedated from an extremely effective epidural and about to give birth in a most impractical dress, or I shudder to think what else... Putting all my analytical skills earned from watching 7 series of America's Next Top Model to it - the legs are akimbo, the mouth pornographic (or "hoochy" in Tyra-speak) and the hands - look where her hands are! :eek:
I find it hilarious that such a pic is promoting Monsoon - hardly the most lascivious of clothing labels.
Phew. Just had to get that off my chest. I'd add the :andbreathe: smiley can't seem to access it at the mo.

The Monsoon homepage used to have a very scantily clad Sophie E-B. It's obviously an advertising strategy they favour!

I'm just taking a break from spring cleaning my bedrooms. have just gutted my wardrobe and binned/stored all of my winter togs to make room for spring/summer gear. :D trying very hard to be ruthless with things I havent worn for years and will probably never wear again, but I hate throwing things away if they are in good nick, cos you never know, they just *might* be back in fashion next season:rolleyes:

I'm going to carry on with it until 11pm then have a break to watch the repeat of Wags Boutique, as I missed it on Tuesday. Then probably do another couple of hours on it until 2am. I don't know why, but I always work *so* much better at stupid hours of the night like that...less distraction probably! :lol:

Ah thats not a problem, i had about 47 at last count and that wasn't including trainers, flip flops etc and also was about 6 months ago!!I've got 3 new pairs this week alone! You can NEVER have too many shoes :D i can imagine some baggers have millions!

My sister has just emailed me as she's after a pair of shoes from New Look to wear for her first year anniversary. :marriage: ahhhh!
She said (and I quote...)
'If you are going to town tomorrow can you have a look in New look for some pale light bronze pumps (not gold) in a size 6 - they have a an elasticated back.
I bought some in a 5 AND THEY ARE 2 SMALL!! They match my dress I was going to wear for my anniversary!! Oh the pain of nearly having something perfect.'
Sadly I'm not going into town tomorrow now so won't be able to look for her this weekend. She's going to email me a photo later so I'll put that on when she sends it.
We will both love you forever if you manage to find any and I'll paypal money immediately.
