Wimbledon - how good was that!
Did anyone else watch the final with bated breath? Who were you pulling for?
I loved it, and although I usually pull for the underdog, I was really willing Roger to get his 5th. Spell-binding tennis from both of them though!
I love Wimbledon - the final always hits on the weekend of my birthday and I've watched as long as I remember. My mum says that when I was born my dad was watching Bjorn Bjorg playing on tv and was nowhere to be found :rolleyes: :lol:

I watched too and I too was rooting for Roger to get his 5th title..I near enough always watch the final too.. I love Wimbledon fortnight, my Mum gets obsessed with it she didnt even go to work last week! :lol:

Too bad Djoko retired through injury - it was a great match while it lasted. I only live a 20 min bus ride away from Wimbledon so I have been every year since I've lived in London. I'm sad it's over now though.

It depends what day you go and what sort of ticket you get. You can queue up each day for show court tickets (500 each of Centre, Ct1 and Ct2 for sale each day except last 4 days when there are no centre tickets) and ground passes. Otherwise you can go for the public ballot although you cannot chose which day or which court you will get. Otherwise, join the LTA and go for tickets through that. This year's ticket prices can be seen here

Some of you may remember me going on about a fancy dress party, weel I posted pics of me as Amy Winehouse (man, that wig was itchy) but hadn't shown you Mr Moog as Darth Maul...
Bearing in mind his costume was completely homemade (I made all the blasted horns and painted the entire skull cap) I think it looks groovy- and a little bit scary :eek:

I love cowboy boots, always have, always will. I'm not sure whether they are in fashion or not to be honest, but I think they are really cool so I'd still wear them regardless of whether they were in or not :)

I had to post something nosey as I've been in the garage for 5 hours and I feel I'm going stir crazy :faint: :faint: :faint: and need some 'human' contact!
I have built my Havaianas stands, taken them out of their boxes, put the hangers on them and hung them up! I still have loads more to do but my feet and back are killing me and I have to eat! Pics attached!

Im listening to music and floating around on here, feeling a little guilty for wasting yet another day when I should of been cracking on with revision.
