Browns have overcharged me!
The cheek! I ordered the other day - they came yesterday, just tried them on but they're too long so they're going back.
Whilst ordering them I noticed they were listed twice in the jeans section (and still are) exactly the same jeans but one was priced at £165 the other £170 - so of course I added the £165 pair to my basket.
I just checked my online bank account and it seems they noticed they had made a mistake on the website and have deducted two amounts of money - £172 (which is the £165 jeans plus £7 pp) and this morning they have deduced another £5 out. Are they allowed to do this even though its their mistake?
Answer:
That is really cheeky of them to deduct the extra £5 separately afterwards without your permission! Doesn't seem right at all ...
I would complain to them at least. An extra £5 on £172 isn't much, but it's the principle.
How do you protect your tan star boots?

How do you protect your tan star boots?
My tan star boots are getting a bit 'worn' looking and scuffed.
How do you protect them? Do you have a tan coloured polish, where can I get one from? Have never come across anything to protect shoes other than black ones (all my shoes are black :o)
Answer:
You can buy a clear protector called dubbin from Clarks. It's been around for years and it works on all colours of leathers.
Answer:
I've got nothing to protect mine but I think boots like that kinda look ok a bit scuffed worn-looking as it gives a vintagey type feel to them IMO - probably a load of crap but I'm going with it :D
Answer:
I agree with Lisa, mine are getting a bit battered and i think they look BETTER now!
Answer:
I was told in the shop that you should use a rain-protector spray on them as they can get watermarked easily. I use some of that, and they've been fine in all the downpours we've been having, they haven't marked at all. As well as dubbin you can get a "neutral" shoe polish which just sinks in to the leather without leaving colour.
I'd imagine finding the right shade of tan polish would be very tricky.

Answer:

I love fringes esp the one that you picked....
You dont have to wear it down all the time, i use hairbands and clips to pin it back and change the look....
go for it... it wont take so long to grow out either if you dont like it, if you go to a good hairdresser they will be able to adapt the fringe to suit your face....
