Which bag? Help!
Hi girls:wave:
I need a new bag for lugging all my uni stuff around, and have decided that a real leather one would be better (as the PU HM bag i have is really tatty and one of the straps is threatening to snap anyday now:rolleyes: )

I like them all, but it's hard to tell how big they are and how practical they are too. Has anyone seen them IRL? If so, any info will gratefully recieved!!

I've seent he 1st 2 IRL and was surprised at the size as there not as big as i thought, more of a medium size than large! :cmdunno: I really liked it in tan but i wanted a large one. They are nice leather though, so it depends what your looking for!
I wish Topshop put sizes on the discriptions of the bags!

I need to be able to fit books of about a4 size, so I'm guessing those first two bags are too small?:(
I love the blue one, it's so summery and I had a tote like that which I used to death and it fell apart, so I'm always on the lookout for a turquoise leather bag.

I have just dyed some shoes and they've come out really well!
I have these Hush Puppies mary janes in olive green and whilst they're possibly a bit clumpy to be "stylish" I love the colour and they're as springy and comfy as trainers (which I don't wear) and I walk a lot. So when I saw them on sale in camel I bought them, thinking the colour would be sensible and useful:
Sensible, definitely. In fact too much so - I hate sensible coloured shoes in a year I've worn them once (when I decided I hated the colour and vowed never to buy anything camel-coloured again). I knew Dylon did leather dyes and colours but the colours are limited and I had this desire to dye them purple. Bored this week, I looked up leather dyes on ebay, found some in aubergine (my favourite colour), purchased it and dyed my shoes! I had to paint it on, some bits were fairly fiddly but it was brilliant - it dyed the velcro and stitching and everything! And what's more, I have loads of dye left should I want to dye a charity shop here my favourite shade, or another pair of shoes!
They now look like this, much much better I think:
I'm really crowing about it :o but I feel like I've just got a new pair of shoes!
ETA: should anyone feel inspired, the dyes are by a brand called Tarrago, cost £5-£6 and there's over 100 shades, including metallics!
