wedding outfit ideas!!
hi, my brother is getting married in september and i'm trying to find something to wear!!
the problem i have at the moment is everything (dresses) seems to be above the knee (not good for my footballers legs) or tunic/empire line (not good for...well...everyone who isnt actually pregnant generally)
i'm ideally looking for something below the knee, not too revealing up top, bra wearable, quite bright i feel and something a bit "different" i'm young so not after any old lady style things.
does anyone have any ideas or ideas of places to look? i've seen a few i like so i'm not panicing yet but nothing has jumped out at me
also, if i wore a patterned skirt, what would be suitable to wear on top for a wedding??
any help would be GREATLY appreciated

I remember reading on here that some of you got your delivery charge refunded when you returned your entire order. The returns policy on the website states this is the case (in a round about way - I think it's due to the 7 day distance selling cancellation clause).
Anyhoo, I returned my entire Evans order instore today (all the Georgina Goodman shoes I ordered were unsuitable :boohoo: ) and they wouldn't refund the delivery charge. They said I'd have to take it up with the website. Is this what happened to you guys or did they refund the PP instore?

i got a full refund on my delivery charge from topshop when i returned my order, i think it is only valid when you return it within 10 days though but if you were within 10 days they should do it

Just got this skirt in washed black and I'm loving it! I can think of things to wear with it in the summer - well I say summer, the summer we haven't yet had!! - pretty much vest top and flip flops, but what do you reckon to wear with it in autumn/winter - do you think thick tights and boots would go? What sort of top?

This skirt is a bit different to what I'd normally think of buying/wearing, but I just love it - hope it looks ok on me - might post a pic later if I'm brave enough!

They've got some deep pink swing jackets at the moment. They're gorgeous, in my opinion, heavy and lined, £12. I thought that might interest you ;)
Other than that ... um, they've got some all leather ballet pumps in lots of colours (I'll probably go back and get some black ones), skinny jeans and shorts in lots of colours -- green, pink, blue, purple, white, grey, indigo, lots of dresses and tunics.
ETA: To be honest, the jacket is the only thing that really caught my eye, but I wasn't really in a spending mood and the queues were huge. I would've liked some coloured skinnies, but my legs were too fat for them :cmdunno:

I have the black version of that pink jacket, and it's a lovely casual item. They come up massive though! I'm a 12 normally and i had to get an 8, but maybe because I don't want such a 'swingy' shape anymore.
They also had them in a forrest green.
