Can I wear a belt with this?
2 Attachment(s) I just bought this from Oli and I feel it makes me look a bit shapeless. I needed the size 12 to fit my bum/chest but it makes me look like I have no waist! I tried it on with a wide belt that I have and it looked better but the belt is grey so looked a bit odd and I am not sure if it was just the colour or if wearing a belt just ruins the entire look?
What are your opinions?

Mmm , my first reaction is that it's not the type of dress a belt would work with....but like others have said, post a pic with and without and we'll give our honest opinions.

the material looks delicate, a belt might 'pull' the material wreck it, this has happened before with me, when i wore a belt with the FC boom tunic

Cant go wrong with jeans and a mega snug t-shirt. Show off your assets but simple and sexy. And flat pumps would definitley be the best bet. Heels are just asking for trouble. Maybe a nice necklace just to add a touch of style. Aka "I may be moving house but I STILL no how to look good".

.. I have to find a pair by tomorrow night! I went everywhere today apart from Faith. I've decided to abandon heels and flip flops with all this rain and wear pumps, so they do need them to be comfy and nice enough to go out in. I thought they would be everywhere!

Sorry that this is so O/T, but you ladies usually have the answer to most of lifes queries! .. I want to go to Brighton for the weekend in the Summer (huh!) and wondered if you can recommend anywhere to stay. BB, hotel or guesthouse - just somewhere to sleep as we will be out most of the time.
I have been a few times, but spent a lot of money on hotels and not stayed in the room. But I've also stayed in BBs that werent that clean!
Any other suggestions for things to do in Brighton would be fabulous.. I would rather stay somewhere cheaper and splash out on a nice restaurant, but its finding nice accommodation!

THanks ladies.. I looked through the window once!! I bet it is lovely, but a tad pricey. I have stayed at The Lansdowne Hotel and The Square. Both lovely, but a bit expensive for next time. I dont think there is anything about £80 a night. I want to surprise and treat my husband as he has looked after me whilst I have got over Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. But Im only working part time, so bit tricky isnt it!

I'm looking at the bags on there and am wondering whether they would be leather? I can't find anything stating the materials but at those prices I'm presuming they wouldn't be. Although the Chloe Paddington I got from Bulgaria is really gorgeous real leather so you never know.
I'm now after a beigey coloured one! :rolleyes:
