Would you wear nude tights now?
Just wondered I thought it may be too warm but the weather has been awful today.
There is a girl at work who wears like tan coloured tights even on really warm days...they look ok though.

I really wanted to wear a new top I have (its a short sleeved, zip up hoody, beige in colour, with brown horses all over it). So I'm wearing jeans with it.
But usually I'm more dressed up to go out, and starting to doubt my clothes. Was considering wearing heels to feel more dressy? Did try a denim mini with leggins but it just didn't go.
Should I try and change the jeans? Or just go casual but confident?

What sort of night out is it hun? I mean, if you're just going to the cinema or something then that outfit sounds fine, but if I was going clubbing or to the pub I'd personally think a hoody was a bit casual, and I'd feel out of place.

1 Attachment(s) Its a night out but to a club that isn't really my thing. I'm going out with some girls and their mums, first to a pub, then cocktail bar, then a club whcih plays 60s funk (so people aren't as smart as in other clubs).

I saw the most gorgeous wallet on a forum (not here) and wondered if you ladies could help me find it - its a tan leather square shape, with a key on a chain slotted thru the front in gold i think or it may have been silver :o ....does anyone know where i could get one of these or what that particular line is called????? im desperate to have it

I've been slobbing out at home today so have been wearing a slightly odd combination. A purple 1970s shirt that belonged to my Grandfather (he was a college lecturer in the 1970s and was trying to be hip, I think my Grandmother actually banned him from wearing it!) and a brown pair of MrBBs trousers.
I needed to post a letter so I put on my hiking boots (well, it is raining) and a denim jacket I must have owned for 15 years.
Once out I fancied a walk so carried on going and suddenly realised I was embarrased by people seeing me out like that! I fancied stopping in a pub for a drink and couldn't do it as I was too ashamed.
Why would I ever leave the house like that? And why would I still own that denim jacket? Somebody needs to come round and overhaul my wardrobe!

chuck it out, you know you want to ;) and treat yourself to some slobbing clothes, nice and comfy but ok to pop out to the shops. I can only be this harsh because yes, I used to pop out in my PJs way too often before I realised what a hag I loooked (they wernt nice pjs!!)

Our lovely bosses are treating me and a colleague to a weekend in london at a posh hotel and restaurant. Staying with the theme, and being from Birmingham, what do you wear out to nice ish bars in london? want to go to the type of places that are quite a 25+ crowd (we're 23), and a lot of bars and club names are being thrown around. I want to wear something fitted, and either strapless or short, one or the other! but is it best to go very casual or do you have to be dressy and glammed up to get into these places?
(also where would you recommend if we feel like window shopping for rich men!? we're both taken but they are a rare breed in bham!)
