O/T - Sky plus pin

NO.1. Ask :
O/T - Sky plus pin
Recently got sky plus installed. Recorded a few programmes and when I try to watch it's asking for a Pin? Anyone know what it means or how I find it out? Dont know anything about a Pin. :cmdunno:
Answer:
If you haven't changed it, it should be the last 4 digits on your Sky card.
You can remove the PIN from the services section- but you need your PIN to do that.
:)

    Hey everybody!
    Hey everyone  ,
I’m new round here and I feel I really need your advice on fashion. I’ve been lurking for a bit but finally decided to join and ask for your help. So basically at the moment I have no fashion sense, well I do know what’s in fashion (thanks to good ol’ here.com lol) but I don’t know how to apply fashion to me.
I’m a size 12-14 in trousers and a 10-12 in tops (although, as I’ve had too many Easter eggs, probably a bit bigger now:lol: ). I’m pear-shaped so I have quite big hips and a small bust- and I don’t know how to dress to flatter my shape!
I’ve had a look at quite a few of your style diaries (sorry for nosing lol) and I love how catwoman_in_catsuit dresses. Actually, I love all of your individual styles but catwoman’s stood out most.
Basically I wanted some help please, I have quite a small budget at the moment as I’m a student so could only justify spending about a tenner a week :boohoo: not much, I know.
Anyway, sorry for the essay  but I just wanted to introduce myself.

Hi coconut  I started bagging just over a year ago at a point where I had kind of lost my fashion mojo a bit. I had moved abroad and become a mum and everything and was looking for some inspiration and I have learnt loads from these guys. In fact, I now consider myself a pretty stylish chick although some of my less experimental friends don't 'get' some of my clothes but I don't care.
If you are on a budget, I would say go for Primark, NL jeans great for pears;) and really good price as are their shoes. If you make sure you have the basics, you can update this with up to the minute accessories from TS, Peacocks are good too.
Look around yourself for inspiration, magazines like Grazia and Look are great.

ooh thanks that thread's got loads of helpful tips! Recently I've wanted some skinnies but I'm not sure if they'll suit my frame :cmdunno: maybe I should just take the plunge and see. Can anyone recommend anywhere? I really like grey and black skinnies so are there any places I can get some cheapish? I'm thinking about £20?
    xx

to wear either to the office on hot days or around town, i tend to always wear vests/t shirts with stuf like this though, how boring! does anyone have alternative suggestions? and please dont say tunic tops as they always make me look pregnant!!
    Answer:
Nice trousers - i'm always stuck with what to wear with mine - I normally end up wearing a black vest top and some nice jewellery. How about a short sleeved wrap top? Not seen any around recently, but I bought one from Gap a while back, which looks nice with them.
    Answer:
What about a puff sleeved fitted shirt?
    Answer:
Good idea spanishdancer! You see, I've got one of those and would never have thought about putting the two together - cheers! (Probably will look cr@p when I try it all on though...) :cmdunno: :D
    Answer:
hi both, thanks for your ideas! i have both wrap tops and fitted shirts and would never have thought to team the trousers with either, im so unimaginative!!

Bought this the other day - I absolutely love it but am stuck with what to wear on the bottom with it. There's plenty of things I could wear with it to the office, but I didn't really buy it for workwear, more for general wearing any other time!! Any ideas? Don't know if it looks a bit boring just with jeans?
    Answer:
how about wearing it with white linen trousers?
    Answer:
Thanks - yeah, had thought about that but wasn't sure if there would be too much white going on?
    Answer:
hmm i dont know, i think it would look nice in summer like that. im not the worlds expert on white though so hopefully someone will be along with some better advice in a minute...! ;)
    Answer:
No, neither am I!! Could do with some non-summer outfit ideas too (even though it is short sleeved...)
    Ta in advance.
