I am having such a hard time finding what you would think would be a simple piece. I'm looking for a black crew neck sleeveless fitted black shift dress, in a natural material.
No Ms.Sales Assistant in Gap I don't want a jumper dress (:rolleyes: ) and to the Sales Assitant that offered me a baggy smock dress in Topshop, what part of sleeveless and fitted did you not get :cmdunno:
I have looked in so many stores but cant find an appropriate shift. Has anyone seen anything that fits the bill? I am adament that I find what I'm looking for! Please, any help would be appreciated!

Thats really nice! But its polyester unfortunately and I'm bad enough in the hot weather, adding polyester to that is a bad equation for me. Thank you though!
There is a similar one in a tulip shape, which is nice and is a cotton fabric. But that too had a polyester lining...

I've been adding loads of stuff to my watched items on ebay since I got my own account on it!
Was just looking at some french connection jeans, as fancy a pair of designer jeans with tough material, that are long length, however, I cant see my ever putting 'alot' of money, I.E over £10 :o on them incase they're utterly useless to me when I get them.
So just wondered what 'guidelines' people follow re ebay? Do you only order things that you have tried on before or?

Nope i bid on anything and then just resell it if it doesn't fit/i don't like it when it arrives.
I've never lost more than a couple of quid reselling and usually sell it for even more than i paid.
I get mainly beauty stuff off there now though. The fake tan i use is half the price it is in the shops and MAC is cheaper on american ebay than over here.
My mum got a load of Dermalogica stuff from American ebay the other week for much much less than it costs over here.

I suppose your right Cat! I just cant imagine me getting all my money back if I do resell, knowing my luck I'd just loose alot of it! There's a dress Im also watching but no-ones bid, Its starting price is at £40 so I could see that I'll end up bidding and getting it as only person to bid, and then cant re-sell it if I need too. :rolleyes:

Anyway , the point of this thread is this.. Does this dress work with black opaques shoes? I love the dress but am really stuck with footwear ideas. Cat has hers on with tan boots in her stylediary and it looks fab but my tan boots look crap with it. :boohoo:

I should mention the dress is cream IRL not white.
Ideally I wanted to wear heels but thats for the pumps idea , that would be nice for daytime.
