O/T - Tesco delivery
Hi Girls.

I know this is off topic but I know someones mentioned on the spending diet that they do it, tesco online shopping.

I've tried looking on moneysavingexpert but cant find any details on how you get cheaper delivery? My mum orderes from there everyweek so would like to show her how to get it at a discount rate.

Thankyou for any help. :D
Answer:

ETA: Find code, enter it on check out.
Answer:
If they are anything like Asda then they send you emails if you haven't used them for a while. They usually include free delivery or x amount off your bill
Answer:
They have different delivery prices depending on the day of the week, they show up when you go to book your delivery slot. Places like Ocado very often email discount codes and their delivery is free when you spend over £75 or so.

Hi, I am just wondering whether anybody knows if the bags on this site are genuine as they seem reasonably priced?

    Thanks in advance!
    Answer:
    Fake!
    Answer:
    Ah thanks!

Thought it was too good to be true x
    Answer:
"All products sold are exact mirrors and not being sold or represented as original. We guarantee that they are 100% exact mirrors and brand new direct from our factory with tags attached, serial numbers (date codes), All heres come with dust cover and has brand embossed. Most hand bags have oxidizing leather. This means they are very light pale leather upon arrival to you and with time they will darken to a honey oak color as the real ones."
I think that answers your question.
    Answer:
    very very fake :lipper:

  • Natural size 6

    NO.4. ask :
    Natural size 6
is anyone else a natural UK size 6/4?
Am 5 foot tall and size 6.
    1. it bugs the helll out of me that people slat skinny girls. It's not my fault i've always been tiny, i get the feeling ppl look at me and think oooo look at that girl she must diet and exersice all the time (i dont)!
    2. and most importantly. Where can i buy clothes from. Most shops i go into jus dont hav my size. Now i need some more work trousers and the thought of shopping for them is depressing. Petite clothes are no good cause my leg lenght is too long (32") - same with childrens clothing. Very annoying.
So anyone in the same situation???
    Answer:
Yes -5'2.5" and size 4/6 (yes, am dreaded size zero! I'm destroying society, sick, etc!). Petite trousers are also just a little too short on me to work -it's so frustrating, isn't it?
I've got a tiny frame, and definitely have some 'puppy fat' and boobs so people do tend to realise that I'm naturally little and don't harrass me and assume I'm unhealthy- but the whole size zero nonsense really pisses me off. People come in all shapes and sizes and that applies to people on the skinner end of the spectrum as well as the other.
Mostly I just try on a lot of things until I find something which is cut on the smaller side -I can often get away with tops and dresses in a 6, but I've been trying to get some suits and found it near impossible to find anything on the high street that fit me properly. When I go to Thailand I always try and get a few things custom tailored there -am trying out a new person on ebay who offers custom tailoring and am hoping the stuff will be good. Joseph's XS trousers are very small (although you will have to take them up), and I've got a great pair of size 6 goat trousers that fit perfectly.
Vintage clothing is often cut much smaller than modern clothing, it's worth looking in to if that's your style.
Otherwise, I'm REALLY lucky in that my mother is a brilliant dressmaker and takes things in/up for me and makes me things I can't find in my size. If it's a real problem for you it might be worth taking a few sewing classes so you could alter clothes to fit you.
    Answer:
lol - i have a great mum also , who custom makes clothes and does alterations, how weird! But since i moved out of my parent's house it more difficult.
I jus want to be able to buy something from a shop without trying it on and thinking well i could take in in there etc .. grrr
Anyways, i had exactly the same issue with suits. In the end got one from Dorethy Perkins - which fits fine, think the blazer is petite.
Ps so glad u share my issues with media/society et con size 6/4 ppl!!

I don't think people slate girls who are naturally slim - the debate is about girls who try to achieve that size when they are not naturally that slim, thereby putting their health at risk.
People come in all shapes and sizes - I just wish the media would get that into their thick heads and stop this endless obsession with celebrities putting on a few pounds, or losing a few pounds.
    Answer:
 I am the a size 6 (naturally) I am 5ft 5, so length on trousers isn't a problem for me, but buying tops, I have to get my wonderfully gifted mother to take things in for me.

  • Louboutins... toe cleavage?!?

    NO.5. ask :
    Louboutins... toe cleavage?!?
    Hola Fashionistas...
It's been a while since I was on here last!
Anyhoo, I need to clarify something. I've taken a fancy to some Louboutins and feel like treating myself, but don't want to pay the usual £400+ for them, so have been scouting around on ebay. I wasn't sure of my size, so thought I'd head to Selfridges to double check my size, turns out I'm a 4/37. I tried a couple of pairs on but I had toe cleavage :cmeek: Now I've got quite small petite feet, but the all shoes I tried on made my feet look webbed! :cmeek:
The sales assistant (a bloke) them told me that 'toe cleavage' was perfectly normal with Louboutins and that it was a way of telling that you had on designer shoes as they were very low cut. I thought to myself 'what a load of shite' and politely told him that to me, 'toe cleavage' was not a good look and here you go fella, put these back in the box.
Is this toe cleavage acceptable? Coz to me it looks pants! I'm a bit miffed now as I have wanted some of these for ages, but now I'm not so sure
    Answer:
Not designer, but my Office Caves and TS strapped platforms all give me toe cleavage, but personally I quite like it :o
    Answer:
Toe clevage is supposed to be very sexy, I'm sure someone has a quote about it in their signature. At the end of the day it's whether you're comfortable with it, because if you spend a lot on gorgeous shoes but don't like the way they look on you you'll never wear them and it'll be a waste of money.
    Answer:
I have toe cleavage in mine, I think it's quite a nice look.
    Answer:
I'm not a fan of toe cleavage personally, but I know it's not frowned upon at all or a fashion faux pas.
I don't think that it has anything to do with designer shoes though, what a stupid thing to say. I've had toe cleavage from New Look shoes!
