Are the shops open today?

NO.1. Ask :
Are the shops open today?
Does anyone know whether clothes shops are open today? It's the first chance I've had to go shopping and I don't want to head in there and find them all shut! I'm in Liverpool btw.
Thanks!
Answer:
I know that by law shops over 3000 square feet have to close today.

I guess it will be up to the individual smaller shops whether to open or not, as today is technically a religious day, as important as Christmas day....

I bet quite a few smaller shops will open though.:D
Answer:
What about tomorrow? Are shops open tomorrow? Thanks

Um I would think so as its just a bank holiday? Not sure. OH owns a large dealership and I know that as it is over 3000 sq ft it is closed today but open tomorrow.

Hope that helps x

I'm still in a dilemma about a dress. As some of you remember i had 3 cream dresses i was umm-ing and ahhh-ing about a month ago. Well i returned the one, kept the other 2.
Now i'm not sure about this one, i think possibly because it isn't hot enough to think about wearing it for another couple of months.
Does it look to twee? I would wear a tan belt with it rather than the one i have on.
(Excuse fake tanned upper body and pale legs *ahem* )
    Answer:
It looks lovely Cat, keep it because when it gets really hot you will regret not having it - it looks great :great:

    most versatile colour?
    Hi,
Bit of a random question, buuut ...
I'm having a waistcoat made for me, and I'm trying to decide which colour to have it made in. Basically, I want it to be as versatile as possible, i.e. go with black/grey and brown. I'm thinking burgundy, what do you think?
    TIA

    Answer:
    Cream?
    Answer:
What about dark green? or is that a bit Robin Hood? :D
    Answer:
Duh, I didn't even think of cream. Dark green is definitely a possibility, dull rather than too vibrant.
