Juicy Couture - where to buy?
It's probably a bit late, but I've just started in getting interested in Juicy Couture, the hooded tops and matching bottoms in particular.
I was wondering where would be the best place to buy JC? Online? Harvey Nics?
Answer:
In this country, there ain't much choice - www.brownsfashion.com have a limited range, as do www.net-a-porter.com.
Your best bet would be www.shopbop.com - they're based in the US but will ship to the UK in about 3-4 working days and loads of the girls here use them.
Bag help!
NO.2. ask :
Bag help!
Right, I need some of your bag fiends' help :D :D :D
I want a huge shoulder bag, in leather (preferably a mid brown, green or red) or maybe another sturdy material such. It should be simple, not boxy, but with a bit of detail to make it interesting.
I am however, poorer than a poor person eating crumbs out of Mother Hubbards toaster tray, so designer is not an option.

Answer:
OH MY GOD I *HEART* YOU! That Fendi one is gorgeous! And so is the green balenciaga one!!!
I'd say my budget is around £60 inc p+p but I'd pay up to £80 for one I really liked. I wish I could afford a genuine one but there you go :(
Answer:

Where is this big pink leather bag from???
NO.4. ask :
Where is this big pink leather bag from???
Sorry no pics, but I've seen 3 different girls walking round with this really nice bag and wondered if anyone knows where it might be from:
It's in a dusky baby pink colour in an antiquey looking leather
It's quite big, kind of rectangle shape, but you carry it on your shoulder with a wide strap
Has a small zip compartment on the end, might have other external compartments/buckles but not sure
Any ideas? It's really nice and I want one;)
Answer:
You should just ask next time you see someone with one :)
Answer:
1 Attachment(s) I hope for the sake of your purse that it wasn't a Chloe Silverado!
Answer:
Does it have thick chains on the side? It sounds like a bag I saw in Aldo.
Answer:
No Sakura it's not that Chloe one! I don't think it would be an expensive designer because I've seen so many people with it.
I should ask really, you're right Karina, maybe when I see the girl on my train again I will...or just grab a look at the label when she's asleep...
What did you wear to your graduation?
NO.5. ask :
What did you wear to your graduation?
Hello...
Yes, I went to a strange university that doesn't have their ceremony until you've just about forgotten that you ever were a student. My graduation is coming up (I didn't want to go, but my parents want the photos  ) and I don't know what to wear!
I was thinking of something boring yet smart like pinstripe trousers and a fitted black shirt, but don't know how that will look with the robe/gown - how long is it? How long are the sleeves etc?
Also - does everyone have to wear the silly hat?
Any tips/advice very much appreciated - thanks!
Answer:
At my graduation most people wore dark suits. Smart is definitely required. Black also looks better under a gown - other colours tend to look weird as the sleeves don't come all the way down your arms. Lengthwise I would say the gowns come down to about mid thigh depending on your height.
And yes - I'm afraid a mortar board is required by all!;)

Answer:
I have had two graduations, and although neither was recently. I work in a uni and know a little about what to wear through both experience and observation. You'd need to check with your uni about a couple of things - mine didn't have hats at all, but at some everyone wears them. I felt a bit cheated about that though! The other thing is what colour the trim on your gown will be. Each faculty has a different trim, and it can be useful to use this to co-ordinate if it isn't too vile a colour. As the gowns are black (my next one will be bright red and god knows what I will wear!) and there is the trim thing going on I think it is best to wear something plain and not too light in colour. Some people dress like they are going to a garden party and it looks all wrong with the gown. I think what you have suggested is very suitable and you are right not to include a jacket as this would make it bulky. Bring some safety pins to pin the hood to your clothes to help it to sit for photos. And I avoided too high heels in case I tripped on the way up! But I am crap in heels!
Oh and the gowns I wore were about calf length.
Answer:
Oh blimey I can just imagine the mortar board on my hair - Crystal Tips anyone? ;)
Thanks for the safety pin tip too.
Answer:
When I graduated 2 years ago at my uni there was strict guidelines as to what we had to wear. Girls had to wear dark skirt with a white long sleeved shirt. People who didn't dress to the guidelines stuck out like a sore thumb. Be warned the gowns are possibly one of the most unflattering things and heaviest things you'll ever wear! The sleeves come to the elbow.
Safety pins are a great tip and hair grips are a good idea to help keep the hat in place. I forgot hair grips and on all my photos my hat is at a very jaunty angle:D
Don't worry about the ceremony, I enjoyed it alot more than I was expecting to.
