O/T but what is with the multiple posting ATM???
I'm glad to see it's not just me who is unwittingly posting multiple replies to threads... what's going down at here.com IT support???
Can someone sort this out please... I don't mean to be adding multiple replies but it's been a few days now and this is starting to get irritating!

From what I understand, the slowness is down to too many messages (as I'm sure you all know by now), which will be culled. I think the multiple posting occurs because people click the 'Submit reply' button, and when nothing happens, they click it again (and often again and again) until something does. At least, this is how I accidentally posted multiple copies twice.
To avoid this, only click once on the 'submit' button, and wait (it might take a couple of minutes if it's a long thread). You may have a blue status loading bar at the bottom of your screen, which should indicate that the post is in progress. Don't click again unless you're sure it hasn't posted.

OK, sorry if I was patronising! I haven't had multiple postings from a single click, so I don't know what that could be, other than some funny error to do with web browser setup and here's server problems. But since I imagine most people are using the same browser as I am, I'd expect to have the same problem. Maybe the cull on Friday will sort it out; I hope so, it's annoying me too.

HELP! Am after a pair of baby pink ugg branded short booties. Can't seem to get them anywhere (grateful for any suggestions, London area), so have gone to the website UGGAustralia.com....... there is a service whereby they let you know know when your colour/size is in stock. If I am a size UK 3/4 what size am I in the US? Also if anyone has used this size I would love to hear your feedback!

Thats seems to be my biggest problem.........if you have Yeti feet then thats fine, but anything less than a size 9 seems to be a prob!! Anyhow Schuh have a pair in my size in Lilac, am very tempted, but will see them in a shop first to check out the colour!!!

I'm a size UK5.5 and I ordered my UGGs in a size US6 / UK4 so I think you should get them in a US4. I got them so as my big toe is just slightly squished in them, though not uncomfortably, as they are known to give after a while. Best thing to do is to try on some Uggs in a shop to try to determine what size you should order. I tried UK5 in Schuh and they still felt a bit big so I ordered a UK4 :)

I ordered 2 pair of FAMK jeans from ShopBop on Monday. I have just paid UPS £65.00 for import tax. What happened? It was never that expensive; it used to be around £22.00. That's so unfair. Any ideas where I can now buy ShopBop type clothing and accessories but without that price tag and import tax?

I've noticed the same thing and that's why I've stopped ordering from them (in fact anyone that uses UPS.)
It seems that not only do you have to pay the duty on items as you always did - you now also have to pay the 17.5% VAT and a UPS customs handling charge.
I don't think it's worth ordering directly from ShopBop anymore if you're shipping to a UK address. The VAT charge on top doesn't make it advantageous anymore especially since UPS upped their international shipping rates last year.
If I see anything else I'd like I'm going to ask a friend if she'd mind forwarding my orders or use ShoptheStates or some similar service.

They have a few brands I'm interested in like True Religion but they're not a patch on ShopBop.
I've never ever been charged any duty for their packages neither here nor in Japan. They send out stuff in flimsy envelopes or jiffy bags and they slide right in under the big noses of the customs men.
