Charm bracelets
Just want your opinion on them, please!
I quite like them and was wondering whether to buy one and add some charms on to it.

I think they're nice - depending what they look like. I don't like the ones with high heels, flip flops, lips and other silly charms like that! I like the ones with precious stones or some kind of jewel as the basis of the design.

there are lots of silver charms ones on ebay. was thinking of buying a plain chain then adding my own hand picked charms that I liked.

Depends what you go for.....I have a silver Links of London bracelet with a couple of charms on, and I love it, but I'm not keen on really chunky silver or gold bracelets that are loaded down with massive charms.
I'd like to get a very fine antique silver chain and collect various tiny antique charms to put on it though, sort of as a heirloom to pass on to my kids :)

yeah, thats what i was thinking of, just a few charms on, or i could buy a few charms and swap them around occassionally.
i don't like loads on charms on as it looks a bit pikey (in my opinion)

One thing though, if I'd just bought a skirt for £110 a week ago, no way would I put the startig price as 99p! Money obviously isn't an object for the seller!

Just to let you (and anyone else who was interested) know that this arrived today and it's going straight back! :rolleyes:
It's a trapeze shape which, firstly, I'm bored of (though that has no relevance to you guys, I know) and second would be fine if the hem wasn't wonky :cmdunno:
It's also quite short, which mixed with the shape doesn't make it hugely flattering. So, all in all, disappointing!

Basically i'm trying to work out whether i'm better off selling this bag or hanging on to it.
I'm a bit short of cash at the mo, so am considering selling this bag on ebay, but if it will only raise a few pennies, i won't bother, becuase it's lovely and really useful.
Basically it;s a brand new leather bag from Ollie and Nic - it's still got the tags on etc. It's NOT in the gold, but in BLACK (but i could only find a pic of the bag in gold).
Do you like this bag, and if so (in theory) what do you reckon you'd pay for it on ebay?

nice bag, shame it isn't the gold as I was just looking on ebay for something quite like that!:)
As for pricing, I doubt you'll get the full amount back. I've bought heres off ebay and it's usually the 'top' designers like LV and Chanel real/fake bags that go for a lot.
Have you read the sticky from other baggers regarding handy hints to sell on ebay regarding descriptions, photos and setting pricing ?

I really like it but wouldn't pay more than £30-£40 for it on Ebay. Mainly cos when I go on Ebay I always have at the back of my mind that I'm 'supposed' to win a bargain, so I'm not prepared to pay rrp for items as I may aswell get them BN from the shops.
Choose your starting price very carefully if you decide to put it on Ebay.
