Painful abs by my c-section area after workout
I had my baby 16 months ago and i had a c-section. I started working out (going to the gym) after 3 months of having baby and stopped working out after 6 months (June). I started working out again just this week, started Monday and then Tuesday (both aerobics classes). After the 2nd time of my aerobics, my abs became painful and very sensitive and feels like my cut from c-section is opening or something. THis subsides a little bit after the 3rd day but still feel it. Should i be concern?

I'm not a Dr. but I have had a incision and I can tell you they take along time to completely heal. Although the incision is closed there are severl layers not to mention nerves etc. that must heal. Maybe you can modify your work out while still getting some benefit. Of course if you feel its tearing or opening you should be seen by your Dr. Be careful and do be seen.
