lump in right nostril

Ask:
lump in right nostril
I am a 33 yr old female. Several months ago I noticed a thickened area on the inside tip of my right nostril. I have now noticed that the "lump" is changing the shape of the outside of my nose. It is painless. I have suffered from frequent bouts of sinusitis over the last year or so. My most recent labs during pregnancy all seemed to be normal. I have no obvious lymph node swelling on either side of my body, do not suffer from headaches or sore throats. No visual disturbnces either. Could this just be a cyst or polyp, or do I need to worry about cancer? I am told that my maternal grandmother's brother had cancer of the nose which required surgery. My maternal aunt had a small basal cell carcinoma removed from her nose as well.
Thanks for you help.

hello
my first thought was, a while back i had something similar, on the inner bridge,
after about two years i ripped it off, i scratched it as hard as i could with my nail
and it came off. i am pretty sure i had a wort
or something similar to a wort, due to the fact i work around dirt (construction sites) i figured thats how i got it.
At the end of your letter you spoke of your maternal grandmother brother (your great/grand uncle) had cancer of the nose, and also your
aunt also in regards to the nose. (if iam wrong
