Ask:
Eye problems...
I know you're not an Optometrist, but I thought I'd ask anyway...
I've had issues with my eyes for years...turns out I had Alternating Exotropia. (They shedualed me for surgery for it in August). But about 6 months ago, I started noticing other things. Intense glare at night.
I had just came out of the theatre at night. The lights in the parking lot hurt my eyes, and I saw a huge cloud around each of them, along with alot of glare. You know how you get a glare when you look at lights through glass? This was what it was like. On the way home, glare from the stoplights were insane. For some reason, I saw THREE green lights on one.
A few days later, I was walking to a store at night..the lights outside had tons of glare, but then it all clouded up if I looked at them, then I couldn't hardly see. I complained of my eyes hurting a little bit once, so my doc check for Glaucoma...thankfully, I don't have it. (I hadn't told him about the glare)
But now it worries me a little...I just went downstairs (it's light outside, and I had other lights on) and the light over the kitchen table had alot of glare and a visible "fog" around it, even though the area was well-lit and I had other lights on in the kitchen. I've also been having rather frequent Occluar migraines where one of my eyes goes completely foggy and feels weird. It happens at least once a day, some days 2 or 3 times, sometimes more. I never had these up untill about 6 months ago.
Any ideas? Is it worth getting checked out? I'm 18...so it's kind of weird to have this happening. I'm not old or anything. Also, my eyesight is generally pretty good... I don't need glasses or anything.

Even though your scheduled for the surgery I would let your DR. know the symptoms your having too. You only have one pair of eyes.
