Yellowish eyes???
Ever since contracting C Diff on 3-27 and admittance to hosp for three days and ONE round of anitbiotics to squash it...I am still feeling quite ill at times (like a rollercoaster) stomach nausea, bloatiing, flatulence, anxiety but stools are better last two weeks along with feeling better! I have had alll every blood tes possible for all major organ functions and I know deep inside I remain ill due to the yellowing of my eyes I noticed when I first got ill... The whites of my eyes never have been this way...and explanations??? Again no hepatitis liver problems etc..... Desperate for research condition and what cuses this in the eye. All people with the above said they have not had this happen..

Hi,
Have you had recent testing post your treatment for C-Diff to be sure its gone. If your eyes are still yellow you need to go back to your Dr. While I didn't read anything about C-Diff and yellow eye whites, I would think liver. Please see your Dr. and ask him.
Good Luck,

Again the docs said i have no indications of what you suggest apparently? All my blloood and urine tests have comeback normal. I reseacrhed your conditions and does not seem applicable at al1. I am basically just suffering from weakness, nausea anxiety, and bloated stomach with sounds.... My last blood and urine test was all ok.. Do you think it is COMPLETELY nerves? The ONE and ONLY thing that makes life half bearable is a .5 Zanax....? My diet and eating habits have changed so drastically as well! All may just be adjustments from being so sick with this horrible bug? Thank you for your kind words. I am taking and eating one DanActive yogurt and the Immunity drink? If anythin CONSTIPAtion is the norm for I am eating so much fruti as well...Wmelon, Prunes, Apples, Bananas, this is it! Good or not..Along with every other day a Centrum Silver. Hqave stopped Nexium and Pravacid and last year of Prilosic OTC down to one eavery two days as my heartburn is not having the effects it had before i had C Diff. Please advise. ANyone ever heard of TRavelan and or COlonix for hellllllp???

are you sure the doctor did a complete liver panel (bloodwork)? maybe you also need an ultrasound of liver and maybe pancreas as well? yellow in the eyes usually has something to do with bile leaking into the blood. does it feel sore on your right side below the ribcage? (i'm not a doctor, just my opinion)
Answer:

Yellowish eyes???
Jaundice eyes is not nerves. Ask your Dr. about this and about stopping your own medications he has prescribed. Also talk to him about anything he has not prescribed for your symptoms you are considering to take. Good Luck.

I'm not a DR. and it does us no good to guess or even try to attribute your symptoms to diseases without a Dr.'s knowledge. Really you need to ask your Dr. all these questions as we could go around the may pole for years. Sorry but Your Dr. knows your full medical history, call him , consult him and find out your diagnosis and the treatment. Best Wishes.
