Numb feeling on skin

Ask:
Numb feeling on skin
I would like to get some advice.
I have been in Asia for the past 3 1/2 months, and I have gotten sick a lot, I went to see doctor for diarrea the first time it lasted 5 days (from bad food). After I went to see a doctor because I am having a problem with keeping my errection hard; he gave me Testosterone which is stopped taking after 2 days on advice of my sister. The condition today is still the same, but it gets a little better on some days. Then also I had a skin condition on my scalp (Psoriasis) which I got a creme for and which has not come back for 2 months now. My lymph knots in my neck have always been a little bigger, but since i got to asia they increased in size and after a while they started bothering me so I went to see a doctor and he gave me an antibiotic for it. The docotor told me that it was normal that they are swollen because I have been sick a lot in the last while. My lymph knots have been fine in the last while, they are still larger but they don't bother me anymore. So now in the last couple weeks I have been having problems with my extremitis and other body parts falling a sleep; specially during the night. I would wake up and for an example my arm would be a sleep (feels numb) because I am lying on it. It will turn back to its normal state very fast after massaging the arm for a little bit or running warm water over it. Also my immune system has been very weak lately, I feel very tired and life less. So in the last 2 weeks the skin area on the outter site of my left ankle feels numb and also on my outter right forarm, its not completly numb but I can definetly feel a sensation loss. I dunno what to do, DOes anyone have advice for me. I am worried that more parts of my body will start feeling numb.
Also I should add that I used to smoke, I quit again 4 weeks ago, and in the past year I was doing excercise daily so I didn't smoke for almost 11 months. Today I am not excercising at all. What can I do , please someone help me out.

Sorry you are having all these symptoms esp. the numbness you mentioned.
Maybe another trip to your Dr. for an explanation and for proper referral to a specialist. Since you are feeling so tired you should be completely checked up with blood work and exrays. Just be sure to mention all your symptoms to your Dr.
Good Luck,

Hey Purpellady , yeah I know he is very busy indeed, but I am just kinda worried because I am in Asia and all, and I can't understand the doctors here, plus to see a foreign doctor costs a lot of money. But I have another question. Since the last year I suffered very badly from Acne, So I got meds and everything, and I figured out myself when I stopped eating dairy products my acne went away. So I haven't eatin any dairy products and no products that contain Calcium in them. And my acne went away. So I went on the net and did a little research and it turns out that a Calcium deficiency can cause numb feeling in the skin, and also a bad blood circulation also it plays a big role in nerve activity . And I seam to suffer from symptoms like that and I have been sick very much lately, and the body needs a lot of calcium to recover right? So what if this is all due to a major calcium deficiency in my body. Because the food in Asia is so much different it can be possible that it is all because of a lack of Calcium. So until I get more info from a doctor or get back to Canada to see a doc, I will try to eat more calcium products and see if my symptoms will get better. , I hope to here from you soon.
