My brother has these white patches on his skin. Both hands. He has no clue as to what they are. They seem to have developed over a period of several months. He is wondering if they were chemical burns, but does not remember ever burning them. What could these "non Painful patches of white skin be ? He is Caucasian. Can it be treated and returned to normal pigmentation ?
