I'm new, so please bear with me. I am only 29 and weigh 140 lbs. Type2 diabetes runs in my family specifacly on my mom's side. her dad, dad's sister and both her sisters has been diagnosed, she however has not. Here recently i've been urinating alot during the night too. My hunger has increased not as much as my thirst though and the other day i felt extremly tired and light headded off and on. Thouhgt i was pregnant again, but I am not. I dont know if I should have a test done or what, I have no clue what might be wrong, I dont feel sick, but diabetes came up in a disscusion with some freinds. any advice and feedback would be great

hi, i have type 1 diabetes. the symptoms you mention could be hyperglycemic
or high blood sugar but you really need to have a blood test to confirm that. you really should see a dr. when i found out i had it,i felt tired hungry, thirsty, urinated a lot, lost weight, and had blurry vision. but your symptoms could very well be something else too. good luck
