Can insects hatch inside nose

Ask:
Can insects hatch inside nose
During a daily walk, an insect flew inside my wife’s nose. It bit her, but did not come out. That happened in April and she has been having respiratory (runny nose, sinus infection) problems ever since. Lately she feels like microscopic insect flying out of her nose. She said she feels them, but cannot see them. She has seen the doctor in more than five occasions, but other than the runny nose, which they feel is seasonal allergies, they cannot detect anything. She feels the insect laid eggs and they hatched. One more thing, this past Sunday, I noticed a few tiny white particles coming out of her nose, and later on there was a larger mucus like substance under the bridge of her nose…not the usual yellowish color, but pure white. Anyone has experience this or know if it’s possible for insects to hatch inside ones nose?

 Yes I have heard about insects in childrens noses so I would imagine its possible for them to get there, about breeding I have no clue. Has your wife been to and ENT? If it were me I would go.

Purple98Lady, thanks for your response. Yes, we made an ENT appointmnet for Sep 28. The reason, I think, that this issue is so confusing is because this is allergy season. As soon as we walk to a clinic, the first thing we hear is that it's probably allergy related. I just hope that we can get a final answer and a cure soon.
For what I can see, other than her constant runny nose, she look well. What's really hurting her the most is her constant worrying. It's taking its toll and it shows physically as well as mentally. Hopefully, after next coming Friday, she'll be able to smile again. Thanks for your post.

Yes hopefully this visit will put her mind to rest if nothing is found to worry about, but it will be comforting to know for sure. Best Wishes.

Well, we should find out soon. Supposely she can see some tiny white things coming out of her nose, but they either fly or are blown away. It has been a stressful situation fo both of us; I'm sure a lot more for her though. I will post back on any findings. Thanks.

Well, my wife went to the ENT clinic on Friday and the specialist did not find anything wrong. She went to work this morning and got home not feeling too well, but took a shower and then sat by the dining room table to complete some work assignments.
A little while later, she called me to take a look at something. She was using a calculator and something had come out of her nose and felt on the calculator. It was very small, hard to see with the naked eye, but it had a pale-greenish color. I picked it up with the pointy end of a knife and in my hurry to get my magnifying glass (I’m an aircraft inspector) I dropped the knife and lost whatever it was.
She then placed a large round mirror on the table, directly under her nose and continued doing her work. About half hour later, she called me again. This time there was something brownish in color and very tiny on the mirror. At first it appeared like a tiny part of dried-dirty mucus, but when I placed my magnifying glass over it, it began to move. Not slow moving either, it was actually trying to get away. I covered it with the magnifying glass so it wouldn't fly or get away. I then wrapped it in a piece of paper and placed it inside a plastic bag so I can take it to medical authorities.
It has been very stressful; I’ve been out of work for about three months because of military contracts that have affected the company and, my wife’s condition for the last five months have been tough to handle as well…I’m sure it has been a lot tougher for her though. Like the saying goes, “When it rains, it pours.”
