Over the summer I had a ruptured esophogus, recently I have been getting a lot of bloating after eating, uncomfortableness. I have had a lot of blood in blowing my nose, especially dried blood. Mouth Sores also have come on. I am very active so when I eat I am hungry but I feel very full. Should I be concerned?

I'm curious as to what your Dr. has told you regarding your diet etc. You really should follow his advice regarding diet, medications and alert him to your full feeling esp.

my diet is about 60-70 percent organic foods which is difficult to find, a lot of green veggies, spinach and other organic lettuce. Cauliflower, broccoli. Apples, and Pears. Occasional protein bars, and mostly grass fed meats, and chicken breast

Sounds like a healthy diet, now im curious as to how you rupured your esophagus?? By forceful vomiting or maybe a mishap with the insertion of a medical device? Sores I don't know unless your allergic to something in your diet or ulcers from vomiting alot. Not knowing your medical history your best bet is to follow up with your physician. You need your esophagus and its of really delicate tissue and it can't be repaired but so many times.
