Sorry about the lack of info. I'm a 32y male. This problem started almost 4 years ago. It would come and go during this time so I never really thought much about it and figured it could be some type of urinary track infection or kidney infection. But it's where the pain is that's strange to me. The only other time I feel this pain (and not as bad if not at all) is when I ejaculate. I hope this helps!
