??? my fiance and i had sex with me on top, it slipped out, and when i came back down on him it caused him great pain!!!! i had never heard of this problem in my entire life...but after reading research online in the US he would require immediate surgery. he currently lives in MOROCCO and is not able to leave the country until the summer....when he will be here. can he wait to have surgery until then? or are the side effects irreversible? should he risk having surgery there? his current doctor prescribed medications but is being conservative about surgery. i told him to seek another doctor immediately. can he wait? i'm afraid for our sexual future........ ???

If he cant travel for a while maybe a second opinion there wouldn't hurt. I don't know the health care system in Morocco. I can understand your worry about your sexual future. Hopefully its not that serious requiring surgery. I would be worried about his urethra and if he had blood in his urine. It's just very hard being so far apart and not knowing if all is being done. Aside from another opinion I would hope the Dr. is doing all he can which I'm sure he is. And maybe by being conservative he feels its not that serious requiring surgery. Good luck and let us know.
