Some basic things you might consider: Look at any drugs you use by themselfs or in combonations and research what the side effects are. Find balance: Do you smoke? Drink coffee? Drink enough water? Get any exercise? get enough sleep? Use any street drugs? Had any major surgery? Any recent trama or stress in your life? Just something to think about.
