My husband went to work last night complaining of being itchy all over, and his top lip was tingling and swelling up. He called 2 hours later, and I took him some Benadryl. It helped calm down the itch, but his top lip is very swollen. Another 2 hours go by, and he came home, nauseaus and still has a very swollen top lip.
He woke up at 3:00 am and took some more benadryl for the itch, but his lip is still very big.
There has been no change in soaps, or his diet to cause this kind of reaction. The only thing I can think of, is that his hours at work changed over a month ago, and he is not getting used to it. He used to work 8 am to 5 pm, now he works from 5 pm to 7 am, and he can't seem to catch up on his sleep.
Would that cause some kind of allergic reaction???

When I was younger I would break out in huge hives from stress. He definitely needs to see a doctor right away!
