iam 40, menopause since early july last year, i
don't understand what, and why my body temperature ( iam using a digital thermometer)
is so low, regardless of whether i have just been sitting/ relaxing (watching t.v.) or working hard labor (over 20 min straight) my body tempt....
reads 94.1 96.7 rarely over 97.0, one morning it read 90.1, i felt same as always. i have kept a journal with the time and what activity iam involded in at time of tempt. reading,( reading are only every thrid day every half hour) i should be worried ... right...?
