I'm 18 and at 9 days old had transposition of the great vessels corrective surgery. Since then i have been healthy. I would like to know if it would be ok for me to try marijuana? I have already drank alcohol and don't see much of a difference.

I'm glad you are feeling healthy post your corrective surgery. I was curious about what your physician has told you in regards to prevention of bacterial infections when you have procedures done for dental work, or other surgeries. (SBE prophylaxis ) This is most often prescribed as a prevention to the effected valves etc. Surgery on the heart is no meek operation, your heart is very important.
I can understand your curious about the effects of drinking because of your age. I would hope you concentrate on being healthly, living healthy and I wish you a long life. Taking these risks is entirely up to you, talk to your DR. As far as illegal drugs at least in the USA. I have no comment.
