Ask:
Chest pain
This is something ive had occasionally for a few years, maybe longer, but ive never bothered my doctor with it, but i thought i'd post it here to see if there is any need to be concerned.
Every now and again out of nowhere, i get a sharp pain in the left of my chest (heart area) when i breathe in so far. Lasts about 10-20mins or so then kinda fades out. I can take in about half a lung of air (I guess) before it hurts.
Just wondered if its anything to worry about cos my mom says its something alot of people get?

Welcome back Magenta,
I was wondering if you had been seen by your Dr. since your last posting regarding chest pain and the discomfort after you eat. You really should be seen to get anwers for these symptoms you have. Please keep us posted.

I have been about the pain after eating and i was told its nothing. Which is good i guess :) But i dont like to bother my GP to much as i dont wanna waste time if its nothing and someone might need the appointment more than me. I just posted this question here as i figured if it is common and not to worry about someone here might know :) or advise me to seek medical advice from my doc

I'm glad you have been seen. I think we all have wierd things now and then that are unexplained but you never know. If these symptoms continue, theres no harm in asking your Dr. You are just as important as any patient and if its really nothing but to make you feel better or put your mind at ease then thats better then guessing. Nice to have you here and thank you for your post.
