Hey there hows it going? I have searched for a while and really need some advice. I have looked into Penile enlargement surgery and dont get it. my questiong is, is there anything to be done to actually enlarge the penis not just make it look bigger. I mean is there something a doctor can give me or does the surgery work or what about the lengthing tools. anything would be great, i think this is really hurting my relationship because i am feeling i am constantly disapointing the women i love and am engaged too and i am pretty sure she may feel that way and so i can't be happy knowing she may not be so please anything would be great i don't know what to do and i can't just let it down. i really hope there is something. thank you all.

Welcome back to the forum. I was reading your last post and the very first one which you were concerned about your weight. I was wondering if you have been seen by your DR. regarding a weight loss diet, this is the one thing you can work on which can directly effect your sexual performance and how you preceive your sexuality. You really should be evaluated physically, and discuss with your Dr. your options even regarding surgery for ED. While there is several options surgery wise for ED, your Dr. will know what is best in your circumstance, hence having seen and examined you and knowing your medical history.
