Dear Doc,
I have received a lot emails telling me about the danger of consuming aspartame(substitute sugar found in diet cola). My mum has been taking substitute sugar containing aspartame together with tea for almost a year and I'm getting worried. Would appreciate if you confirm whether aspartame is really bad for health.
